  1. No - just what's on their web site.
  2. Do a search for 83502632 on Amazon......
  3. I also have the ZJ V8 tie rod with the 1/2" pin. You will need the R2008; it has the 1/2" hole. The R1768 I believe has a 5/8" hole. THIS is the correct link for the R2008 - sorry for the confusion. EDIT: I called RuffStuff to verify, and the R1768 has a 3/4" hole, so it would be too large for the ZJ V8 tie rod pin. He said they are going to change the info on their web site. TBD..............
  4. Tempted to what? Buy a fart can for the Granada? :rotfl2: Sorry, I couldn't resist.
  5. There are parts manuals available for downloading in the DIY forum. Download one and look in the Door section to ID the parts you are missing.
  6. To control the AW4 automatically via the three solenoids the TCU/TCM needs + and - inputs from the speed sensor, + and - from the TPS, the brake pedal switch, and constant / ignition switched 12V. Plus you'll need to figure out the the Neutral Safety Switch wiring. But it's all doable. Or you could use one of the several aftermarket shift controllers available to manually send signals to the solenoids to control the shifting. To me these things are useless and I'd rather have a manual transmission.
  7. I don't jack it up. Just go stop to stop for 20 times or so, eyeball the reservoir and add fluid if necessary, repeat, until it stops bubbling.
  8. You have to cycle the steering lock to lock with the engine running.
  9. I stumbled on it when I was looking for a replacement mount for my AW4. You gotta wonder what the morons were thinking when they organized the factory parts manuals.
  10. Thanks Dirty - understand. Didn't know the FSJ's used a similar device. Maybe that's where RuffStuff stole the idea.
  11. I think it's #24 or #25 below you are looking for..........
  12. I'd like to see how you installed them (plural?) on an inverted T steering system. Got pics?
  13. I read about this "device" in several Jeep forums last week, saw all good reviews, so I ordered one for the stock Jeep steering, p/n R2008. In theory I thought the principle was sound. It goes on the right side tie rod end and is sandwiched between the tie rod end and the drag link. For me it was not PnP as advertised since I am using all ZJ V8 steering parts from MOOG. Because of the lip on the tie rod for the now discarded rubber boot, I had to trim the "face" of the washer down about 1/8" to fit the flat side of the MOOG tie rod end. It has to be thin enough to fit snugly (not tightly) after fully tightening down the tie rod tapered bolt into the drag link hole. It took a few tries to get it to the right thickness. The damn thing really works great! The tie rod roll is completely gone when turning stop-to-stop, and the steering really feels more responsive and secure. My ZJ steering gear and linkage are all fairly new components, and this little Delrin spacer washer really improved it. I don't know how long it will last, but RuffStuff says it will be probably last two tie rod end lifespans. We'll see. To me this little mod is well worth doing for an MJ that lives most all of it's life on the streets. http://www.ruffstuffspecialties.com/catalog/R1768.html
  14. Oui, Échec magnifique!
  15. Leave it to Hornbrod to ALWAYS find a way to poke at us Renix owners :rotfl2: It's OK, we're just "UNIQUE"! "UNIQUE" is one word you could use to describe the Renix system. "ABERRANT" or "DEVIANT" would be more apropos. :rotfl2:
  16. The HO's use common 5mm screws, available anywhere in any head style you prefer.
  17. I used to have dyno runs done once or twice a year after i started modding my basic 4.6L crate stroker. It really helped to see what effect the changes you have done affects performance and reliability. Most all the changes helped, but some not so much. I thought it was a good investment and a valuable tool. Sooner or later you should do it just to establish a baseline. There's not much data out there I'm aware of available for the 2.5 like there is for 4.0 strokers. What you are doing I think is very cool mate.
  18. Man, that sounds like four angry squirrels on steroids, and smooth as silk. You need to invest in a dyno run to see the numbers. Definitely sounds like it's ready.
  19. That's a gross understatement. Those springs and axle look like it's only taken a couple of short drives around the original dealership's parking lot. In the summer. Did you clean and paint everything under there?
  20. As long as the XJ is a 96 or below 4-DR model, the front door regulators will work on MJ doors.
  21. Tooken? That's cool. Drilling out all the spot welds in the tailgate would be a tremendous PITA. Are you talking about a backup camera? I'd put it under one of the tail lamps sandwiched between the inner and outer fenders. Plenty of room there...
