  1. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000CNAW0I/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 There you go...
  2. A/C relay installed and/or functioning correctly? I'm not sure which of the diagrams I'm posting is correct for your model, but it seems consistent from what I'm finding that the A/C relay is on one of the ends on the row of relays under the hood. On my '88 XJ, it was this left most one: But according to this next image, which says it's for an '89 XJ, it's the right most one. Go figure... :dunno:
  3. Well now I don't know if I'd go that far, the 350 is an awesome motor and the 454 is even better. A family friends brother has an old J-Truck with a 454 swapped in and that thing is a beast, the 401 guys have nothing on it. :laughin: But in all seriousness, just look at this pic. All those vac lines... that is just uncalled for. Kill it! Kill it with fire!! Quick! That is a monstrosity of an engine with all those vacuum lines just dry-rotting away... eek. :ack:
  4. 7. WJ rear LCA's = replace XJ front LCA's, 2" longer to accommodate a lift, some grinding required http://www.cherokeeforum.com/f2/budget-builds-what-junkyard-parts-will-fit-cherokee-58797/ Yes you can.
  5. Yea, you can have that condensor if you really want it lol. I imagine it won't be cheap to ship though.
  6. So, I hate to be a bad-news-bear, but that line you posted a picture of is a no-go. Evidently, I cut it out when I got rid of the A/C in my XJ. I know I correctly removed lines like that one on an XJ, but apparently it wasn't mine... I do however have a '88 XJ for parts that has not be tampered with. If I'm successful in removing it, the offer still stands. After looking through some of my build thread photos, I remember now what I did... Sorry bro.
  7. I've been at work all day, so I haven't been to the parent's house. I will run by there tomorrow since I've got to get an axle that's in storage...
  8. Shawn Ford '86 Comanche Custom, LWB, 2.5L/AX4/NP207 Clayton, NC More details of my Jeeps in my sig... Also have a '96 Cherokee Country that I'm about to sell once I fix my XJ's steering issue/DW and also fix my MJ's inability to run.
  9. This is where I mounted it in my XJ. Will work the same in an MJ.
  10. I'm fairly certain I have the line in decent condition. I will double check. As mentioned before, you pay shipping and it's otherwise free. I'll check in the coming days since it's at my parent's house.
  11. Mines not broken, I have the solid rear glass. I eventually want to convert it to sliding. :D
  12. Don't have any of the MJ since I still haven't been able to drive it since I got her... I do have one of my XJ from about 5-6 years ago stuck in a muddy creek. Made it through the first time going through the other way. Thought I'd show off a little and do it again the other way... No such luck. My buddy ended up having to pull me out and his XJ still sits in my parents yard from where he ripped his transmission all to hell trying to get me out. Open diff. sucks.
  13. Post a picture of what you need and I assume yours is a Renix era MJ? If so, I have a few lines and parts left from when I removed my A/C stuff from my '88 XJ. You can have it if you pay shipping.
  14. If you were close, I'd take that sliding rear glass...
  15. Swap gauges and see if that fixes it. Could be the cluster you got is FUBARed.
  16. Yes, you are correct. I was thinking that in my head but it didn't quite make it to my fingers haha.
  17. Do I get a prize for getting these right? :dunce:
  18. Hood light, I believe. Possibly cruise control vacuum mechanism. Horn wire... should be gray. Electric fan plug. Windshield washer fluid level sensor.
  19. I've seen two V8 swapped MJ's in my search for a Comanche. One was a 5.9L/360 Magnum swap from a '98 ZJ Limited and a '97+ interior swap. The other was a AMC 360. Both were nice and both were waaayyyy out of my price range ($6000+).
  20. Thanks. I see that it is going to be a little more work than I figured. But, I won't let that deter me, minor set back. :hmm: I'd probably consider just selling the '86 in favor of an '87+, however, this thing is rust free and I've already put a lot of work making her look nice.
  21. New front axle for a transmission swap? :dunno:
  22. Seems like a good time to swap in an AX-15... :brows:
