  1. Wouldn't want to delete it, someone might be searching for the same thing, find this thread, and get the part number.
  2. That I don't know... unfortunately, even though both my MJs are 91s, I'm a good 100 miles away from them.
  3. You just need the arm. They swap easily. Being a 91, you won't need any extra boxes or anything under the dash for the cruise. You'll just need the vacuum actuator for under the hood, the plug for it should already be there, as should a vacuum T to tie into. 91+ Cruise is controlled by the ECU. I think you'll still need a wiper delay box, which will just plug in-line in the harness. The two plugs that would normally go to the delay box should simply be hooked together. The worst part is going to be fishing the cruise wire from the arm down the column, but you don't need to take apart anything for that.
  4. I got Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2 off Steam for 1/3rd price.
  5. Paid $2.99 for 87.
  6. Locking the CAD does not lock you in 4wd. It simply locks the two pieces of the axle shaft together. Putting the 4wd shift lever into 2wd still disconnects the front driveshaft, putting you in 2wd. Leave your fix in the locked position and forget about it.
  7. No personal experience, just would be iffy about using a cable for something that needs to push and pull. There's nothing inside the T-case that would move the shift plate back to 2wd when you're done with 4wd. Not saying it won't work, was just curious if that was what the cable was actually for.
  8. This cable is supposed to be for a T-case? I wouldn't hook that up to a cable.
  9. Every Linksys router I've ever had was username: admin password: admin (or blank)
  10. That's because, for some reason, Charter's service will only talk to a certain pool of router MAC addresses. Not sure why, since they're not even providing you a router, and you don't have to use their modems - you can buy your own. There are ways to use routers that aren't on their list, but probably shouldn't be an issue for you...
  11. Did we get enough for the black with red logo?
  12. Heeelllll no. I have DSL now, and the last place I lived. It was always slower at night and on weekends. The speed stays the same most of the time, but it can drop a good 30-50% during those times.
  13. This is sickening. http://boingboing.net/2011/11/11/stop-s ... ernet.html
  14. Not necessarily... you said the pump spun when hooked directly to a battery. Pop the supply line off the tank, and run a hose into a container. Turn the key to the on position to prime the pump, and see if it's pumping out of the tank. If that's good, change your fuel filter. Could be a blockage in the line.
  15. How are they shipped? Circumstances at my apartment make it nearly impossible to receive packages from UPS/FedEx.
  16. You should be able to buy your own cable modem. Personally, I think the whole modem/router combination is BS. I'll never catch myself using one of those things.
  17. What is your DSL "supposed" to be? I'm paying for 3Mbps down/500kbps up for my DSL, and it usually runs about 2.5Mbps down/400 kbps up. It's good enough to play Halo online with almost no lag. Go here http://www.speedtest.net/ and see what you're currently operating at. My brother has charter cable, and I believe he's paying for 5 Mbps, but last time I was there, I ran the test and it peaked at 29 Mbps.
  18. Alright, I let him know. Unfortunately he's under the impression that the only way this is fixable is by buying a $700 247 off of ebay... Obviously I'm not too up on the world of the WJ, but the problem is described as "it gets up to 70 just fine, then it starts slowing down, so it's obviously the T-case." :dunno:
  19. A buddy of mine is looking to get a 99 WJ with the 4.7. The current owner says that the NP247(?) is going out. I've told him that I don't see any reason that a 231 could go in its place, but wanted to check with you guys first.
  20. Does it start, run for a second, then die? Or does it just not start at all? If it runs for a second, it could easily be your ballast resistor. If it won't start at all, that's not the issue.
  21. I'd like an XL light hoodie, sport grey with forest green logo, unless we can get the black with red logo. I already have a hat, just not sure where it went. I've moved 3 times since I bought it. Image Not Found Is she included in the $38.50? Or extra?
  22. Do the zippers go the full height of the hoodie?
  23. They could easily just be rotating if both wheels were off the ground. With the trans in gear and the motor off, both wheels up in the air, try to turn one wheel. If it doesn't want to move, its either locked or has LSD. If it's open, which it most likely is, the other wheel will spin the opposite direction.
  24. Better watch out, all those 86 swb owners are gonna be all over that.
  25. Hello neighbor :waving: A lot of small questions will depend on what years the trucks are. Obviously, being a 2.8, your MJ is an 86. Any year XJ will work, all with about the same amount of work to get it...working. Your MJ is literally going to have to be gutted, and replaced with everything from the XJ. This means all the wiring. Also, IIRC, the 2.8 used a mechanical fuel pump, so you're going to need to find a sender for your tank. You're also going to need a new rear driveshaft, but since your current shaft is longer than you need, it's easy enough to have it shortened. (I'm assuming they are both either 2wd or 4wd).
