well i can't decide between the two bars. i love havin things stock, but the custom looks cooler i think. idk... :? well anyways it has to have one so its not so plan in the bed. but i don't think the bar option is going to win. :(

I hesitate to raise this question because I'd personally rather not have the rollbar and things are going "my" way, but if there are two options for the bar, you're basically splitting the pro-bar vote. Right now the vote is 13 no, 8 factory and 5 custom, but that means 13 for no bar and 13 who want some kind of bar.

It is similar to what happened in 1912 with William Taft, Woodrow Wilson, and Theodore Roosevelt running for president. Taft was the Republican president, and Roosevelt was Republican and didn't like him, so he ran against him. The republicans split their votes and the Democrat, Wilson, won. Together, the votes of the two Republicans had the majority, but people were split, and one Republican accidently sabotaged his own party.

 

That's a simile.

 

Anyways, I like the rollbar. With which roll bar to go with is a toss up, but I voted custom, cause I like the lines of it with the bodylines more.

Nope, no choice. The minimum order quantity is gi-normous and prevents any variations. Voting is done and the magnets have been ordered: red with no bar. Hopefully later on we can have some personal choices when we move on to stickers. They will certainly cost me more, but the run size will be much, much smaller.

Pricing will be done like PBS, meaning on a donation basis, so you can send whatever you'd like. The magnets were concieved as more of a durable business card that you can pass along to other MJ owners you meet (or left on an MJ in a parking lot) so whomever sends something will be getting a handful of magnets. Of course, you can feel free to keep some for your own rigs. :D All procedes will go towards paying for the costs of the magnets and the annual bill for the site. If all of that gets taken care of, any leftover moneys will go towards future comancheclub purchases so they can stip coming out of my pocket. I even have an unused account at my bank that I'll be setting aside for everything so I don't have to put a ton of effort into all this.

Oh, and I haven't heard anything from the graphics guy yet, so the magnets aren't in yet.

Hey Pete, I love the Magnet Idea, but I would really prefer a banner style sticker with lettering so I can stick them on the bars on the back of my rig :brows: You don't know how many times ppl accuse my rig of being a Yota until they get up clocs and see the flat black commanche emblems :nuts:
