Can anyone recommend a source for the interior trim pin shown? Its for the upper door trim and back panel trim. I see lots of pictures on line but very hard to tell if they have the skinny post required to slide into the slot. THANKS

These look the like the same plugs used on the tailgate of an XJ. If so, the plugs have been discontinued and if you can find them, they are expensive. I was looking for Mopar 6504995AA.

I ended up ordering some similar sized plugs from Amazon, putting the plug in a drill, and using a sanding block to modify the head and another file to cut the skinny post. It was messy and a pain, but it got the job done eventually. Link to what I used: https://rb.gy/v2ezwp

They're different. Crown made/ makes the interior ones but they are hard to source. 34201545. It's termed a 'screw' but is not.

Got it I found an alternate part number that is supposed to be the same but a newer revision and they seem to be available but about $6 per clip. New part number 06504995AA.

Edit: this is thread I meant to link both have the same alternate part number.

Thanks for all the replies.... Since replacements do not seem to be readily available I ended up trimming the neck of the fender pins (same diameter) so they fit in the slots on the back trim. Should work fine.
