yachmoo
Hello, I am also looking for similar. so far all I've found is this site and it's not a direct replacement. More a can of adhesive and new cloth. https://www.stockinteriors.com/autoheadliner/6729
Pete M
you can try SMS headliners and see if he's making them, or you can contact your local auto upholstery shop and they may be able to make you one. they can definitely make one if you have an old one to take a mold from. a1500ram
I can provide a custom hand formed headliner backer board already covered and ready to install $425 includes shipping and extra material for the visors. I can provide a diy kit(material and instructions) for you to recover your existing headliner panel. $24 plus shipping. Includes 48”x60” for your headliner and 2each 20”x30” material for your visors so you can have those recovered locally. see attached photo chart. Note: Nutmeg is no longer available. AZJeff
If your original headliner backer board is solid, removing the old headliner fabric and installing new stuff from the vendor of your choice is pretty straightforward. There are lots of YouTube videos on how to do it for a Cherokee, and an MJ is just a smaller version of that. There are also “how to” sites on how to recover the sun visors as well. The job doesn’t require lots of special tools, just clean hands and patience.
Drahcir495
Are you missing yours completely or just damaged? I found a way to repair missing parts of the backing board using great stuff expanding foam. It’s not as hard as you think. Just take your time and it will turn out well. I have outlined the process I took in my build up pages. If you do plan on redoing it yourself and have questions, just pm me and I will tell you everything I know

It's also been our experience that close is good enough when it comes to the color of the headliner. We installed gray on the headliner of our dark blue interior MJ because we had some fabric left over from our gray interior XJ and the neutral color doesn't look out of place. PCO6
I covered the head liner of my XJ a few years ago. I bought enough material to do my MJ too and it's on the list of to do's. It's a pretty straight forward job. It took more time to get it out than it did to cover it. I purchased "Westminster Coating" from a fabric store. It's used a lining material for coats. It's a bit thicker than the original material (which wouldn't be hard!) and it is very easy to work with. My fabric store humour isn't very good. I asked the clerk if it would make my Jeeps warmer in the winter. With a serious look on her face she said ... "probably".
