Fly bys?

A couple weeks ago I finally got to see Doc in person. Awesome aircraft. Maybe one day I’ll pay the $600+ to take a ride

My daughter saw it, not me, unfortunately. She spotted it while her and her boyfriend were driving along the Farmington River in Pleasant Valley and she hollered at him to stop and she jumped out and took the picture with her phone.

I don’t know, my wife went out a little while later to run downtown to the pharmacy and on the way back she hit a deer.

Wife is fine, deer ran off.

Car is damaged on the nose and passenger fender. Lots of body fluids down the side, none red.

We just got the car back a month and a half ago from being T-boned. Nearly was totaled that time. Car still drives great though. 
I’m hoping to wear it out, not smash it out.

I’ve done more damage to that car than she has. I left it in neutral without the parking brake on and it rolled across the drive and it rubbed the front bumper on one of my XJ’s all the way down the passenger side. Left a crease down all four panels.

Then I got T-boned in June on the drivers side.

 

$9,500 worth of damage. It was appraised at $5,600 but there were more things wrong that they uncovered after yhey were to far into it to stop. It should have been totaled.

I’m glad it wasn’t.

We were in Death Valley in the MJ a few years ago and stopped on a ridge overlooking Saline Valley. Two jet fighters buzzed us, they arrived so quickly that we couldn't even turn on a camera in time. It sure was cool though!

Came over our place yesterday. Sorry for the crappy picture, they were moving fast and I'm old and slow with the phone. You can see the pair above the barn in the second pic. The lead one was behind the tree by the time I zoomed in.

We have SeaFair every year and the Blue Angels fly over the house everyday for a week practicing for it.

Great times this weekend. Having a blast slanging pizza slices and getting to watch these guys fly by all day. I wanna go in the helicopter but 125 a ride is it worth it?  Hard days MJ has to endure when I'm out working and playing. Enjoy the day my friends.
