looking for pics of your MJ wheels

we're looking to swap out the little rocket ship for a pic of the various wheels, organized by your post count (aka 10 posts is the stock 15x6 steelie, while a higher number would be the turbine or eliminator rims).  but to do that, we need decent photos of clean wheels.  I've done the rivetless Eliminator and the Turbine rims.  you guys are up next.   make sure your camera is squared up to the wheel and it's clean and shadow free please.  tires can be mounted, as we're going to trim it to a circle, just as you see the coin next to my name.  please try to make sure that the holes through the rims are dark, rather than light.  it just works out better that way.

Here's a set of steelies with beauty rings. 

 

I don't recall anything different about the spare, except that it appeared to have the original 195 Michelin still mounted.

I’ll snap one tomorrow with good light, they don’t look quite as clean as they did when I first restored them but I’ll make it look decent.

Six spoke pic for ya Pete. Anyone know the weight savings (if any) by replacing my six spoke steelies with the five spoke alloys?

not enough to justify the cost.  just run what ya like.

There was a thread about wheel weights, or rather the weights of wheels... but it didn't get too far. I don't know I'd take it quite as gospel truth, given different people measuring with different scales.
