If you happen to need any misc parts I happened to have stumbled upon one of these in the trees of a local junk yard.

A car had been sitting on it so the roof qnd rear gate are rough. Gate glass gone. And right tail light is broke. But otherwise it's complete. I wish I got a photo.

Also found a squished spirit or gremlin that was a stick shift.

And most of a grand wagoneer

Which I got photos of instead of course lol

Thanks! I’m going to look locally for some parts over Christmas break, but I’ll be in contact if I need more pieces.

you should definitely grab body pieces when you can.  never know what might happen in the future and spare parts or a godsend for the old cars.  :L:

That’s the plan! Thankfully, the car came with many extra trim pieces and wiring pieces, but I’m still looking for many parts too.

First snow! It did great, but it was only 3/4”. Never needed 4 wheel drive, but I tested it to make sure it works anyways. Tomorrow we are supposed to get anywhere between 1 and 12 inches of snow. I’m ready!

Just a photo dump. The snow picture was right after Christmas. The others are after I got the car 5 years ago.

The Eagle with our old 59 Chevy Wagon. It looks like this was during the engine swap, the hood is off as you can see the hood hinges.

The post-Christmas snow. This happened while I was at work (yes, the same place I got the car from). Whenever I go to work, this car parks about 100 feet from the spot I rescued it from 5 years ago.

4” of snow in a few hours was not fun.

Never a dull moment owning 2 80s AMC products. The transmission cooler got plugged up and cooked the transmission. We pulled it out and I’m bringing it to get rebuilt tomorrow. It wouldn’t shift into second or third anymore. It went from no issues, to not shifting in 2 days.
