gogmorgo Posted April 26, 2018 Author Posted April 26, 2018 Nope and nope. Second guess is getting warmer though.
gogmorgo Posted April 26, 2018 Author Posted April 26, 2018 It's neither a John Deere, Kubota, or tractor. I did discover a Dana-spicer tag on the housing today, so that's a small clue. I'll allow questions so it's not a straight-up guessing game.
Jeep Driver Posted April 26, 2018 Posted April 26, 2018 Worm drive...........electric.............I say it's an EZGO or Club Car or some such.
88whitemanche Posted April 26, 2018 Posted April 26, 2018 Looks like a Chrysler 9.25 as far as pumpkin shape goes but that ring gear is definitely different

Pete M Posted April 27, 2018 Posted April 27, 2018 looks like a top loader rockwell and a lawn tractor had a baby.
Jeep Driver Posted April 28, 2018 Posted April 28, 2018 Did you hear about the two lesbians who built a house? Tongue-n-groove everywhere and not a stud to be found. I think fun left the room. What is it?
Jeep Driver Posted April 29, 2018 Posted April 29, 2018 Interesting, I found some vids of FWD with ring gears like that but not with a diff case like that.

gogmorgo Posted May 2, 2018 Author Posted May 2, 2018 It is a transaxle, although the vehicle in question is rear-drive, with a solid axle. Er, solid transaxle..?
gogmorgo Posted May 19, 2018 Author Posted May 19, 2018 Well I sorta forgot about this... But it's an old EZ-Go electric golf cart. I had the pleasure of taking two beat-to-$#!& carts and turning them into one at work.
