I just got on here today with Tapatalk and so far 2 Brazilian ads have popped up to block the screen of my phone. The ads are screen sized too and they overcame my pop up blocker to redirect me from Comanche Club when I clicked the X to close them.

Is there any way we can fix where the thread opens up to?  On the old version, if you reopened a thread you had previously viewed, it would start you at the most recent post.  Now it starts you at the beginning of the thread.  This is fine for short ones but for longer threads, scrolling constantly is annoying.  I haven't checked to see if it does this on desktop but it does it on mobile for sure.

In settings there should be a show newest post first option.

We do not control Tapatalk and I do not recommend that anyone uses Tapatalk.  I only install it as an option for club members that insist on having it.

I hate tapatalk! just give me the normal forum without all that 3rd party app junk haha. I like threads, not adds.!

Probably something that doesn't come up too often, but the old forum had the option to switch back to the desktop site. But it seems like now we're just forced to use the mobile version on mobile devices? I haven't figured out a way around it yet at least.

The desktop site is the mobile site.  The skin is a responsive design.  If you are on a desktop and shrink your browser window horizontally you can watch the skin adapt to fit the smaller viewing size.

Is there any difference in the feature set then?

I still haven't had the opportunity to compare the two yet, I just moved houses and am still waiting for the Internet to get set up in the new one. But I'm not seeing a way to toggle signatures on or off, or anything like that, for example.

I'm not really a fan of dedicated mobile sites, lol. So the more similar to the original without chewing through data when I'm not on wifi the better I guess.
