Building, or bolting on a real winch bumper I assume...........

 

building a "real" winch bumper. :roll:

 

oh and odds are I'm building two of them, one for me and one to sell...

 

 

that's what you said about your longarm setup...

 

well that was because it wouldnt have been a "bolt in" system.

bolt-ins can require welders too :dunno: !

not when my design required cutting the floor open to plate the inside of the frame...

main structure will be 2"x5" 3/16" thick box tubing. mounts are 1/4" plate. 3/4" d-ring mounts.

 

So why not get the JCR Offroad one and add onto it? Same basic starting point with the 5x2 tube?

Where in Waterford are you located if you don't mind be asking? I'm in Clarkston and starting to put together an 89 Eliminator that is now a 4x4. I would be nice to sit down and have a beer with a fellow M.J. person and I would like to get some ideas if possible too.
