kyleag89
I was just wondering about how much snow everyone has where they live. Here in PA/MD line we have got about 1.5" already, but most of it has melted.

mvusse
Have had a few inches, with about one to two left on the ground. Just a few miles north in the snow belt you'd be counting feet instead of inches, though. Headed up to the Lake Huron snow belt in Canada in less than a week. London has more than 3 feet, Clinton (little town) has about two.
xjrev10
We got about 15-20 in on the ground. The state snowmobile trails are groomed. Just started driving pickups out on the lake to put fish houses out this week over 10-12 inches of ice. Think winter is here.

Comanche County
No snow.....Haven't you heard, there's a freakin global warming crisis going on right now...our poor grand children will never know what snow even is. Sell your sleds and toboggans while there's still fools around to buy them. NYC will be under water and Chicago will be covered in sand dunes ---- Al Gore said so. Geonovast
My home town in WI got hit pretty nice, but so far the few specs I've seen down here in Misery have been less than satisfying. I did have to use 4wd in one town though, because they feel it's more necessary to plow the shoulders on the highway than the 4 lane both ways super busy intersection of two state highways next to the town square in front of the county courthouse/sheriff's department. jimoshel
1" low country, 14" higher up. Wind wasn't as bad as forecast. Only tipped 3 Semi's over. One of them was parked on the side of the highway, just a couple miles down the road from me, and the wind tipped it over, then pushed it across the highway into the median. I'm not a meteorologist but I guess it's possible that it was at some point frozen before it hit the ground as rain.

Well if you wanna get technical, I suppose it's safe to say that every molecule of water on this planet was frozen at some point.
shawn
we only get a dusting like one day every year or so, but if you go about 10 miles back from the ocean its a whole different story.
robfg67
We got our first snow of the season today (just southwest of Boston). Only about 1" on the roads, but it's gridlock every time. :wall:
deziped
No snow in the valley, but, if you want to play in it, its just up the hill. At 2k' it 24-36" deep, at 4k' at some locales its 7' deep all ready & snow season has just begun. All my kid's will be sledding & skiing this weekend. knever3
Just a couple inches in central Michigan, no where near what we used to get every year. It's getting difficult to say if we will have snow for Christmas every year. The past five years it has rained in winter because some days would warm up so much. Where has the snow gone??
