BLHTAZ
I use doPDF for the same thing... http://www.dopdf.com/ I use Open Office to create most of my PDF files, but that little printer utility is quite amazing and very convenient
cherokee
What's the nut type holding the header panel on? I don't think I've seen it in this thread. I'm 99% sure it's metric because it doesn't match up with my standard thread gages. So, 8x1.0, 10x1.0?
tallon2064
Just thought I'd throw this in here to help. If you know the size of the hardware you need here are a couple of useful links: http://www.mcmaster.com/ this is the on i usually use, http://www.smallparts.com/ http://www1.mscdirect.com/CGI/NNSRHM, If you have a SEARS hardware near by they usually have a very good selection up to 5/8 or 3/4 "and 10 to 13 mm. Pete M
Questions should really get their own separate post so you have the best chance that someone who knows will see it. If you do find out what size it is, come back here and share.
cherokee
Bed bolts and nuts are M10x1.5 as are the ebrake bracket bolts under the bed. The battery hold down tray needs M8x1.25 nuts.

Wildman
Fastenal, is spelled with just one 'L' http://www.fastenal.com/web/home.ex Any fasteners that you can find on the web site, can be ordered and shipped to the local store for pickup (for no shipping charge) also, if you do alot of business with them, open an account, the savings are well worth it :D Con......all the fasteners are sold in boxes/bags of 100, Large bolts and some concrete anchors are sold 25-50 per box. If you need only 2 bolts, thats not the place to buy from, but........whens the last time you threw out extra bolts :hmm:

jtdesigns
How do you check the sizes of threads on nut and bolts?? a fastener board, tap 'n' dies, or what???? Seriously,, I was thinking of putting a board together with different stud and nuts on it labeled with the sizes,, so is there a easier way to find sizes other then looking in a FSM???? ParadiseMJ
Really? I mean really? Really? I have never been to Lowe's for anything but plants and a vacuum cleaner. :???: My local ACE hardware has just about every bolt, screw, body panel fasteners or o-rings you could ever need. Once in awhile they don't have a specific item but very few and far between. I've replaced just about every removed bolt with SS bolts (except Jeep specific suspension,engine/drive line bolts), all found at ACE. They even have a big thread finder board ...male & female so there is no guessing. Seems to me Lowe's or even Home Depot are lousy places to get bolts...since they're all in plactic bags. If I can't find it at ACE, I go to NAPA or Fastenal etc. Not a place that sells carpet and washing machines.
