Well I got inspired by this thread. My new Tom woods front shaft will be on its way shortly. I know, I know, it's past Christmas, but hear me out. The mj is put up for winter storage with the battery disconnected, so the date on the rem will reset. Therefore it won't even know the gift is late.

As a recovered facebooker, I can tell you my life is better without it. Yeah I don't have 275 "friends" but the 5 I do have are way better and here anytime I need them. I can't buy and sell on marketplace, but that seems to save me a lot of money on things I don't need. My neck and back feel better now that I'm not constantly hunched down looking at my electronic leash. And I'm pretty sure my long distance vision has improved. I don't hold anything against anyone who uses the book, it's just not for me.

A big pry bar, hammer, and patience. It helps thaty bumper isn't in the best of condition on the back side. I think if it were rust free it would have been a much more difficult job. So my advice for straightening a rear bumper is to let the rust take away some strength first. Lol

4.56 will be really deep with 31's. I would suggest no more than 4.11's if you want something highway driveable. If memory serves 4.10's and 31's are very close to stock final drive ratio.

I would think Something would have to put allot of tension on the belt for that to happen. Seems the balancer would throw the belt or come apart before that occurred. Edit: I would pull the belt and check all the pulleys to see what turns.

Seems to be something funny with the lower dash panel on the driver's side. Maybe just shadows. No door locks, fender flares, plus the other oddities, I have a hard time seeing 25k from the pics provided. But to each their own.

And heater controls. Must be some kinda export?

I can't argue with that. I purchased mine wanting the lift. But if I was after metric tons with factory height I would have gone a different route. Me comments are solely related to my experience with the general springs.

I started on a quest to straighten my rear bumper. Found the nuts for the end caps were seized (what a shock). Broke the driver's side and haven't attempted to remove the passenger side yet. However the driver side of the bumper is now straightish. Took a lot of prying, pounding and looking. Lol. Gonna tackle the passenger side today and see if I can at least save one bumper cap.

Did some testing, looks like 4 new door speakers and a head unit. Not sure what speakers I want to put in it. The boss and I decided this one isnt going to stay in the fleet long. Nothing wrong with a ZJ, but we both prefer the wj. So I am not looking to spend a fortune but still don't want junk that's gonna blow out in a year's time. Probably going to go with a inexpensive touch screen headunit and some decent quality 6.5" coaxial speakers all the way around. The dash tweeters seem to be functioning ok so I am going to leave them be for now.

I have these on the rear on mine. Can get measurements if you need. I think it was arrond 3.5-4" before settling. 4.5" re coils leveled it well. 3.5" fronts will give you factoryish rake.

I would vote cv shaft conversion.

Patience, you will also need lots of patience also. Gears are a bit of a trial and error thing. Might have to assemble, check, and disassemble for adjustment several times. Have patience and it's really not hard to do.

Oh boy,. It's getting exciting in here now..... I really enjoyed watching the last build and am eager to watch this one.
