  2. nice and when the mountains turn blue its as cold as the rockies!
  3. I have considered it since there is a possibility that you can get TÜV papers for this kit, but since I bought this kit from the states I would have to get them directly from Skyjacker. I don't think its worth the hassle and I could put the old springs and "approval wheels" on in an afternoon if I get stopped. yall gota get yer lifts n tires aproveds by the law to make it legal? thats gota BLOW! , and i thought that living in cali dealing with the smog laws sucked . and why not try doing a small lift shackle to level it out in the back , would be easier than trying to piece together a bastard pack.
  4. While railing a few corners to the gas station one of my welds broke on my fab'ed up seat mounts for the buckets I originally installed so I installed the Corbeau baja seats that I just got from Ebag! I hate to say it but if ur weld broke wile u were driving to the gas station u might want to keep practicing on smaller stuff and save the the safety items for the pro. i just don't want anybody getn hurt
  5. i didnt think that TJ control arms would fit the mj , frame side that is . am i wrong ?

  14. Ya u would be better off buying the Mile Marker or Warn kit , besides the early d30s in the cj used d44 inner Cs so it aint gona happen . i personaly have the Mile Marker kit (yet to be installed) and it looks to be a very good and complete kit .
  15. yes the amc was offered only in 86 99% sure and the d44 came after that
  16. i got the ignition for my 75 ramcharger 2 years ago but never got it installed then had to sell the ram because i purchased the rubicon so it was laying around

  18. Well i finaly got my MSD ignition installed , i havent gotn a chance to drive it yet but it sure idles better than ever and is very snappy i had to move a couple of things in order to mount it and would have done a cleaner install had i done it at work but o well and yes the tape is temporary. the only problem i have is the truck won't shut off when u turn the key off, no big deal but i have yet to find the proper wire needed to to install the diode to keep this from happening . has any els experenced this and figured it out id like to know

well I'm gona be taking the plunge tomorow , but after 7 years together its just another day so wish me luck. O and she said we can't drive the manche away after words because of a previous incident involving hitting the local mud bog on the way to prom(she had on a white dress  ) but we are going to drive her old mans 55 ford stepside hotrod that i mostly built so that is cool. ill be gone til tuesday so talk to ya then.
  23. I say take 3-4" outa the A and B pillers , maby more and that would be sick. :brows:
  24. . Just cause you don't like how they look doesn't mean they can't hold their own on stuff more its level. Don't try to take a Grand or Libby on a Wrangler trail, its not pretty. Alex i never said i didnt like the way they look , but they are ugly. but was refering more to the shift from off road durability and capability to 0-60s and visual apeal/creature comfort
  25. big deal surface rust on the under carage , my 05 rubicon has some spots of surface rust on the under carage so when i get around to it I'm gona go and paint the under side of it , maby u should do the same or get it under coated , as for the rust on the body that would piss me off. and at least it wasnt anything big like my father in laws 06 2500HD that needed a new tranie after less than 4k , or my dads 91 burb that got repainted after a year because the paint was blowing off on the highway .but I'm sorry to hear about the troubles, new car problems suck the big one
