  1. ok so the plan or idea anyway is to use a two piece rear drive shaft i got off of my budys 1 ton chevy 2wd and make it fit in the manch, the manch i believe has 1310 u-joints and the driveline has 1350 . now on the rear 44 i can get a 1350 yoke or go with the bastard joint to save a couple bucks and i would do the same on the slip yoke side as well . any forseeable issues ,pros , cons and definetly suggestions  now the reason for doing this is so i can not drag the drive shaft on everything and make a big a$$ belly skid o and what might be a optimal final rear shaft length? thanks mason

  16. I don't even know if my rig can do 60 miles (each direction) :driving: but it's a risk I'm willing to take. BTW, I guess I'm going to join a group of FJs (as there's no response here ) http://www.fjcruiserforums.com/forums/socal-region/48444-azusa-canceled-but-hungry-valley-feb-24-a.html that place is 400 miles away 1 WAY
  17. it definetly couldnt hurt ,i do that sort of thing it work from time to time, but if u do the injector cleaner in a bottle as aposed to just pouring it in the tank u will want to hold off on replacing the plugs untill after u have ran the cleaner in it so u don't foul the new plugs.
  18. that is a little far for me , well not for me but for the wife and the pocket book  , let me know when yall want to go to Hollisters Hills ;)
  19. well i got the old 2.8 out this past weekend and the 3.4 is being dressed up with everything from the 2.8 but i still got a bunch of things left to do but as soon as i get the flywheel back from the machine shop il atleast be able to drop the engine in and finsh off the rest , ill get some pics up in a couple o days
  20. X1000 I don't sell alot of stuff. But when/if I do, the onus is on me as the seller. I ship the part(s), and once the buyer receives them and is satsified with them, the money exchanges. If not, the buyer can send the stuff back, no harm done..... Call me old school too, but that's how I do business. Jeff Ya but what if the person recieving the parts takes them and don't send the money , thats the same thing as recieving payment and not sending the parts, i gues u just gota take the chance.
  21. did you copy paste this from another one of your threads?? I heard this before! :D nope but ya iv said it befor and il probably have to say it again ;)
