the infinitys will not produce as much bass as the larger 6x9, but they will be loud, but not have as much bass without distortion. but you will have all that little storage space back.

i have powerwashed engines before. just make sure its running when yopu do it. but what i usually do is just spray it down with really good degreaser first, let it sit for a few, then hose it off while its running. it works great.

my xj would not start a couple times, just out of the blue. i have the auto aw4 in mine. it would not crank over or anything, it just played the radio etc, so the battery was not dead. it turned out i just had the move the gear selector to neutral and park a few times and it started right up, it was really cold outside when it did this.

i am looking at a midland handheld cb its a 75-785 model. does anyone have expiriance with a handheld cb. i don't really want a fullsize cb, just a handheld because i will only use it on the trail, and maybe occasionally on the highway. any advice would be great. thanks, Jared

both my parents have toshiba laptops, i like the one my dad has its smaller and a lot lighter than my moms which has the huge screen and stuff, it drains the battery in about 2 hours.

you would most likely need to sand them lightly with a fine sandpaper and use a flex agent in the paint so it won't crack as easy when you bend them slightly. talk to a local bodyshop or a paint supply place, i know they can be hard to get information out of but if you can. also try ppg and house of kolors website i am sure they have tips on how to use there products, and what stuff to add for rubb/plastic pieces.

teflon pads would definalty last a lot longer than antisieze ever could, and unless you take your springs apart often i would just spend the extra coin and use teflon.

i ran a quart of atf in my jeep no problems. i don't really think it did anything actually but i keep my oil changed every 3000 miles max. and only use fully synthetic oil, so it is always pretty clean inside.

my 4.0 has 95000, and runs great, the oil comes out dark brown but still see through, so its a little dirty but not bad.

if you have cooling problems, there might be more of a problem than airflow. you can also add hood vents, i here they work pretty good on xj's

what brand of spring did you install? just a replacment or a lift spring? a spring over should only give about 4-5'' max.
