No - Just aligned it in same position it was sitting in prior to removal and pressed it on firmly -
Instrment cluster swap with a twist.

I used needle nose pliers, but, lots of things will work. Just get something behind the needle that will apply even pressure all around on the back side of the needle as close to the post as you can get and pull straight out. It should pop off. Be careful as the needle bends as easy as snot. Any ways thats how mine came off. -
Some of those spoilers would give you a wind resistance wheelie at idle, and some probally brake as effectively as brake flaps on a 747. But de be cooooool.

Hey I got one of those a week ago and didn't reply. You must have been reselected to replace me. -
The ol Hwy 242, what a blast. It was hard to wait for that to open in Summer. Loved to run it in my RX7's (fat tires, stiff susp) & pegged RPM's or the Z (7's handled better but Z had the power edge), talk about drifting. Make yuh sh--- your pants with the ocassional boulder in the road and no guard rails & 2 way trfc on a skinny road. Actually enjoyed goin up it more than down. Got to where if I mentioned taking a drive on 242 the wife wouldn't even get in the car. Well those days are gone now. But, if you ever try it stop on top for the view of the mountains. On a clear day you can see Mt Shasta (14162) in CA all the way to Mt Rainier (14, 810) in WA & all Mt's in between.

Air-less works about as crappy as oil-less. I'll just blame that comment on yesterdays radiation treatment. Their getting pretty close to the jewels now, makes me nervous.

I have a 5hp 60 gal presser. I have it bolted to a small pallet as I found it quiter than when sitting on/bolted to concrete floor and it still remains semi portable if needed outside the shop. But with a 50' hose I haven't had to move it yet. No more waiting for air to build up when using grinders or painting. Man was that frustrating with those airleess pieces of crap. And yes, airless ones are loud, inefficient, and wearout quickly.

Vac leak maybe. Check the vac line off the back side of the throttle body that runs up to the MAP/MAF on the firewall. Mine didn't fit tight at either end and caused the same symptons you describe. Possibility :dunno:

It's programmed that way, shifts to 2nd at 4300 - 4800 RPM. when in 1-2 position. Put a switch in it & then you decide when it goes into 2nd. When in town I put it in 1-2 position & leave it there. Have much better control of gear selection with flip of the switch.

Wahoo, while your on this subj. do you happen to know what the diameter is of the trac bar axle bracket OEM bolt? The hole on mine is now oval shaped. I measured the OEM bolt at .383" (9.728mm). Possibly when new it was a 10mm or 3/8"? :dunno:

I'v got the sensors on my door, but, they ain't worth a darn unless your in the garage & near the door when someone else hits the button. Although I have on ocassion thrown a tool along the floor & out the door in attempts to reverse the door. :dunce:

I learned years ago never to park partially under an open garage door. Did it once and the wife comes home drives in beside my truck and paying no attention hits the button. It neatly put a crack in the center of my canopy. Was it her fault, oh hell no, I was stupid for parking there. GRrrrrrr. Oh well I got even just a couple months ago when I backed out an nailed her caddy. Tee-hee.

Friend offered to build (free) a down-sized version of this bumper for my mj using 4x2 tube covered in D Plate. The inner base for this one is 6 x 6 x 1/4 tube covered by 1/8 diamond plate. Nice cornering lights that can also be lit up full time on the back roads when your out looking for that deer. Says it only dropped his MPG by 1. I think maybe it might be a bit of over-kill for the MJ. Oh well, I'll go play in his shop & see what happens. Image Not Found

Well in an hour I'm off to have the ol prostate gland radiated . Hope their aim is good so the nuts don't get fried :hmm: , I think their already dead. Out of 12 biopsies 6 came back pos (+) cancer with a rating of 7 on severity scale of 1 to 10. Five days a week for the next 5 weeks ( there goes the Summer) and hope that takes care of it. They say its a painless treatment, if they don't screw up. Oh well, I needed to replace a front axle seal on the MJ, appears I'm going to have a lot of time to get it done now between ZZZzzzzzzzzzz's.
