You will need to boost fuel delivery, at the end of the day your ECM / Renix fuel delivery will be the same :cry: You will be feeding more engine on the same amount of fuel ;) Play around with some larger injectors to try to boost fuel delivery and you will start making that 2.5 work :cheers: Charles

They are not like power steering lines and the high pressure line can kill you if not done right.

Shop around and find items that will plug in play. I would stay with Jeep items to make it easy. Try to find a/c lines that you can make work as custom will cost a lot to have made custom. Charles

You will need a vacum pump that can pull down to 29.8 bars. Best would find a ele. pump and build your own ;) You can gat an air operated one from Harbor Freight for around $15 but it's and air hog. My 60 gal Kobalt compressor will over heat trying to keep up with it :eek: If you do you water tank test you should pull the vacum for about 8-10 hrs to make sure you have ALL the most air out of the system so it will not ice up. Just a FYI the Chrysler evaporator is / has been the weak link in the system. If you try your water test might as well try it on the evaporator and see if you have any luck, it will let you know if you have any large holes. Charles

What do you need to test?? You can not test any one item, well you could x-ray it, but you will need to put the system in the truck and vac the system and do a vac test around 29 bars for 24hrs. If you drop and vac at all you will need to pressure the system and dye it to find the leak. Charles

How much will it help on a MJ? Out of all the trucks I have had only had 2 that a bedcover or no tailgate ever helped. Did nothing for my Dakota but was good for about 3mpg on the Ram :nuts: Charles

I have a choice to make and not sure which way to go :nuts: I need to get a A/C buypass pulley or an A/C compressor. I see a buypass pully over on NAXJA for 25 shipped or I can go to the local Pick - N - Pull and get a compressor off a XJ for $25 :roll: What would I need to set the compressor up for onboard air, is it worth it, and any compressor work?

I need all 6 /8 nuts that holds it onto the trany. They are a M10 x 1.25 :eek: Most M-10 nuts / bolts have a different thread count. I have been to 2 fastener supply locations, and have been told try the dealer or maybe another fastener supply house in Columbus that has a large metric supply of nuts/ bolts :bowdown: Charles

Where do you get your t-case Nuts to mount the T-case to the traney. I jsut checked a couple locations and they do not carry anything :cry: Charles
