Was it from a big city or small town? From when I was a court laison officer in Columbus, OH I have seen people do plea bargens to a no muffler so they can get a lower fine and no points. If it a small town you are screwed, and do not make the judge think you are wasting his time :bowdown: Here in my area the average ticket is 125-185, I just pay it when I get one and do not fight it. I have seen Judges have a bad day and just nail everyone and with my luck I would be fighting it on his bad day :D Charles

Good for now, but what are you going to drive in 10-20??? A lot of JY's have started to crush anything over 10yrs old. And as the price of steel keeps going up that old 10yr old jeep parked in the JY is worth more as scrap then to keep for someone to buy a part off. Anyone here do the ax-15 Dakota bell housing swap??? If so I have some questions that I could not find answers on Pirate. 1. If the engine is the same why can I not just get the Dakota clutch and flywheel, and pilot bearing? 2. They moved the engine forward, would I have to do that in the MJ??? Charles

The local JY has a couple bell housings from 88-93 2.5 Dakotas. Would that work to fit the ax-15 to my 2.5?? Charles

mudrunt has a 4x4 ax-15 out of a 4.0 and I have a 2x4 ax-4 hooked to the 2.5 in the MJ. Any way to fit the ax-15 to the 2.5 using my ax-4 bell and clutch??? Charles
