  1. Thanks, I will just let this one pass.
  2. Thanks Rob, The price difference between the 98 4.0 and the 99 4.0 for me is $881. Just trying to figure out why the difference.
  3. What 4.0 engine and trans came in the 99 ZJ? I am looking a one that needs a engine and trans replaced, and when I looked on car-part.com they give a different 4.0 (vin S) then in the 98 ZJ ??? Thanks

  6. Yes it has been one "cool" summer here and the heat is already on. But I also remember when we used to get snow all the time around here and never had to sue sun screen in the summer. Now if we get a 6" snow fall it's a storm of the Century and you have to put on sun screen if you are out for the afternoon :(
  7. How do you like to grill?? Gas or Charcoal :chillin: I got this gas grill at Lowes about 5yrs ago and one of the best gas grills I have ever used. http://www.lowes.com/lowes/lkn?action=p ... lpage=none But this year I have not used it at all. I was cleaning out my barn and found my old WEBER Charcoal grill at the start of summer and have used it this year. KInd of forgot antidisestablishmentarianism a good charcoal burger was about  Come to think about I need to get some Charcoal on the way home
  8. DAM, Each time I stop back buy it more like NAXJA
  9. Nothing wrong with up north :hmm: We all know Wildman is using the boat for smuggling cheep jeep parts past US customs to sale on the black market. Why do you think he had to move to an old warehouse and get a forklift :brows:
  10. Now what are you working on??? Installing parts for all the new cars being sold  And it's OK, we all know that you are using the boat for smuggling Jeep parts out of the land up North :Canadaflag:
  11. A man with 12 MJ's, god knows how many XJ's, a boat and now a fork lift. He needs help :clapping:
  12. CONGRATULATIONS  But I need to tell you, look at the last photo. You will see that look alot more followed by " Dad I need_________." Better get ready
  13. If you get a ZJ with a 5.2 check out the tranny good, see if it's been rebuilt with the proper parts. They do not hold up well as Chrysler used some junk seals & O-rings in it :ack: Our ZJ went through 2 and my Ram with a 5.2 went through one. The guy at the tranny shop told me that it was the best tranny Chrysler made for him, gave him job security :D
  14. I know about 20 people that could not figure out how to open the window
  15. Never been around the border??? :D
  16. Thanks, Took about 30min and works great
  17. Thanks, The clutch assembly looked like it was also the front case of the compressor. Did not know if it would be as sample as removing a couple bolts and swaping out the assembly or if I had to replace seals bearings and set gaps :ack:
  18. Compressor is not locked up, full charge and worked prior to clutch going out. May be less work to swap out thanks.
  19. Anyone know much about Chrysler a/c compressors? I have a 98 Durango that the clutch is out on but the compressor is good. I have another compresssor that I know the clutch is good in but not sure about the compressor itself. Need to know if the clutch on this compressor can be switched out without having to evac the ac system or if I should just evac it and swap the compressors. Thanks, Charles
  20. Has not got back to me yet, must have seen us talking about it
  21. OK OK, here is the one with the gun in use. Keep the volume down if the kids are around or at work... http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fusea ... D=57121386
  22. That is what I got out of it, my head was kind of hurting trying to translate :wall: But from what he said, I took it that he used a XJ front clip and tied the sub-frame and firewall of the XJ into the MJ.
  23. Yes they are RED NECK to the max. But he has some good deals on trucks and SUVs at times :shake:
  24. Well I am waiting for him to get back to me and clear up a couple things, but he stated just the front clip and the firewall was from the XJ as the firewall was different??
  25. This is a local auto dealer in Lancaster: Kind of fun to watch :D May want to have the volume down if at work or kids around. http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fusea ... d=57121913
