I am looking at getting a Action Scanner for the garage to pull codes on all the ODB II vehicles I am now working on  Anyone using an action scanner, they have scanners that run from $59 to $539  I just want one to pull the codes so I do not have to drive to town to get the codes pulled, I do not one that will pull the codes and cook my dinner ;) Charles ;)

I am a motorcycle rider, and the two things that scare me the most is someone on a cell phone and a car full of teenage girls. You know both have their mind set on talking and not driving  The cell phone driver cannot be bothered to use the turn signal when changing lanes or turning, and god forbid if they look over their shoulder to see if you are in the blind spot- that is if they even looked to start with. The car full of teenage girls can just look right through you and not even see you  When I see someone on a cell phone I always give them a large birth cause I know they will do something dumb

CEThomas replied to CEThomas's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
Thanks, Was looking at cold air intake, Exhaust is fine, no cat and running through a charry bomb with larger pipes :brows: Sounds like the price is not worth the return  -

Well we are out, Sorry  My son will be working Friday and maybe part of Saturday then my wife got the family VIP tickets to the Honda Indy 200 and the SCCA Speed World Challenge Touring Race / GT race at Mid Ohio race track that weekend:rock on: So a weekend with VIP tickets to the race has won out over going out with the MJ  One of the great perks of the wife working for a company that has a race team :clapping: free tickets, free food, and get to hang out with the driver and the car :D   :brows:

Thats just wrong. People say that "Europeans have been paying this much for a long time." Well 2/3 of that is tax, AND they have government subsodised health care, and other programs....which Americans have to pay for. It not logical :hateputers: . No, they have been paying more. Got a friend in GB that is paying about $7 - $8 our price for the past few years, and a friend down under is paying what works out to be around $7.50 our price. And that is for 87. He has a F250 Diesel and it sucks on what he is paying

Just went to $3.79 in central Ohio for 87

Just went to $3.79 at the station down the road from where I work  So it's on the way. This is when I wish we did not live in the middle of BFE

We were working on dinner tonight and a guy knocked on the door and wanted to know if the MJ was for sale :D My son told him NO and gave him a look like he wanted his first born. The MJ was parked next to the garage which is about 100' off the road and is blocked from one side and hard to see from the other. Must be an MJ stocker in the area

Have you called the DMV / county registrar yet and talked to them???? I had the same thing on a car and all they done in OH was charged the $15 fee for the title to put into the name of the guy I got it from charge a $5 fine for not doing the title in the first 30 days then they made up another title into my name for another $15. It was a wast of paper/ titles and cost me an extra $20 but it was not a problem. They also told me that they do it all the time. How much is the cost for titles and notary in WI? In Oh most notary is $0-$2. In fact I have the title from the XJ that I am parting out that is the same thing, the guy I got it off of never changed the title into his name prior to giving me the title.

Been there two  When I got my Capri I flew to Tampa and picked it up and on the way back a relay went out at a gas station in south GA at 10pm on a Saturday  Stuck in GA hours away from any large town with an Australia made car  Had to wait till noon the next day to get someone to tow it up 75 to the first large town with a stealer that could get parts. Had to pay $125 cash up front and the stealer did not open till Monday and had have the wife wire $600 to them do to leaving the debit card at home  So I do know what it's like :chillin:
