There was one of these RC trucks with a Jeep Comanche body on eBay a couple of days ago. Here is a link to the ended auction:

That statement is incorrect. The 2.5L TBI did have a PCV valve in 1986. My 1986 Comanche with the 2.5L TBI has a PCV valve in the front of the valve cover.
The wheels were definitely swapped onto your 1986 Comanche. As far as the black interior, I have not personally seen a Comanche past 1987 with a black interior. I have a 1987 Comanche SporTruck 4x4 sitting here right now with a black interior.
This style wheel did not come stock on any 1986 Comanche. The premium aluminum wheel for 1986 was the 10 spoke. All of the other wheels that were available in 1986 were steel. I hope this info helps.
The recall is listed on ALLDATA's website. Here is the link to the recalls and TSBs on your truck. I hope this info helps.

You have to remember that you are in Lackawanna County and he is in Washington County. The Emissions inspection is different depending on what county you live in.
If you notice in the video he is using what they call a torque stick to torque the lug nuts on the police car. A torque stick twists when the correct amount of torque is achieved. There are different torque sticks for different vehicles.
