  1. The threads on the shifter are metric and the thread size is 10.0 X 1.50. I hope this info helps.
  2. The 1986 2.5L could have either V-belts or a Serpentine belt.
  3. He doesn't say anywhere that he put the gauges in the 88. :dunno:

  9. No, you do not have the AW4. The AW4 wasn't used until 1987. You have the TF904. I hope this info helps.
  10. The '99 WJ rims will not fit a Comanche. The bolt pattern is 5X5.00 while the Comanche bolt pattern is 5X4.50. I hope this info helps.
  11. That statement is incorrect. The 2.5L TBI did have a PCV valve in 1986. My 1986 Comanche with the 2.5L TBI has a PCV valve in the front of the valve cover.
  12. why is that? :dunno: Brandon Because the VIN that is on the dash that he's putting in is not the VIN to his truck.
  13. Also, Don't forget that you have to swap the VIN plate from your original dash to the dash that you're putting in.
  14. The wheels were definitely swapped onto your 1986 Comanche. As far as the black interior, I have not personally seen a Comanche past 1987 with a black interior. I have a 1987 Comanche SporTruck 4x4 sitting here right now with a black interior.
  15. This style wheel did not come stock on any 1986 Comanche. The premium aluminum wheel for 1986 was the 10 spoke. All of the other wheels that were available in 1986 were steel. I hope this info helps.
  16. The transfer case is not an NP 231. It is an NP 207. I hope this info helps.
  17. The sticker under the hood says that the spark plug cap should be .033-.037. The gap that you should set it at is .035. I hope this info helps.
  18. The recall is listed on ALLDATA's website. Here is the link to the recalls and TSBs on your truck. I hope this info helps. http://www.alldatadiy.com/TSB/04/860420cM.html
  19. You have to remember that you are in Lackawanna County and he is in Washington County. The Emissions inspection is different depending on what county you live in.
  20. Do you know that Comanche is misspelled in your avatar?
  21. The brake caliper bolts should be 7 MM. That's what size they are on my 1986 Comanche. I hope this info helps.
  22. The stock tire size is 255/75R17. I hope this info helps.
  23. Unglar, I sent you a private message. I hope the info helps.
  24. My 1986 Comanche still has the original Carlite windshield in it.
  25. If you notice in the video he is using what they call a torque stick to torque the lug nuts on the police car. A torque stick twists when the correct amount of torque is achieved. There are different torque sticks for different vehicles.
