Hi Joe, There are two MJs at the pick-n-pull in Fairfield (near the Air Force base) one is an '86 the other an '89 (?) both were 2.5L, I think the fuel pumps are still in them. I'm not sure if they're the same as the '91s but if they are that's an option. Mike

If you're pulling from the donor XJ, just take note of the wiring, it will be the same for your MJ.

BUMP I've always wondered about this, people say there's a drain and if it clogs the water ends up on your floor.

When I changed the clutch master cylinder in my '90 I didn't remove the slave, but mine is an internal slave (AX-15) and there is a bleeder screw at the transmission. Come to think of it my '88 Peugeot trans also has the same bleeder set up. What transmission do you have? EDIT: I just saw you have the 2.5L, I don't know anything about that set up. So here's a BUMP for you.

The light from the '88 will have one power wire to the harness, the other (ground) is attached to the light bracket, however your '92 will have a two wire connector at the harness (as in the picture below) so you will have to rewire the light. Hornbrod please confirm since you have a '91, my '90 has the two wire configuration while my '88 and '89 are single wire.

The plan is to first have my wife replicate the cloth portions and sew them into the existing vinyl parts that are in very good condition (she's pretty good at sewing). If that doesn't work out I'll find a shop that can make them.

OK in order to remove the whole post, you have to reach up under the seat cover and depress two tabs at the base of each post and then pull them out. It's been a while, just after you got your gray buckets. I'm the ultimate procrastinator. :yes:
