  1. Frozen fluid will cause this. Keeps it from circulating and therefore overheats in other areas. Check you fluid.
  2. No part numbers, but i am sure you can pick them at any parts store. Just give them the year make model and let them know what you need.

  7. No. Will have to do that.i did just replace the front vacuum harness. Not for stalling, but because it was shot. It had no effect on the stalling.

  9. My opinion on these vs the ko's is exactly what 87Warrior said plus what i said above.
  10. Yep. That is more than most 1/2 ton full size trucks can haul. love my big ton!
  11. Unless you are doing some major work on it, you aren't going to see much of a performance gain with 1 system vs another on a 4.0 jeep. Just get what sounds good to you.
  12. The best tires we have had on the TJ since we have owned it. (Late 97) We strictly use at's because our jeeps are 90% street with dirt trails on my property and small farm use the only off roading. These work great in the rain on the street. They hydroplane the least. They are quiet. They have good grip in the dirt. I like them enough to put a set on the mj as well. They handle well too. we have had big o bigfoots, procomp at's and bfg at/ko's. Like these the best. and as a bonus cooper is one of the few manufacturers that still makes them in the good ol' U S of A!
  13. Since i took over the truck from my son back in january 2011, i estimate less than $3k. If you count the purchase price when i bought it from my father in law for my son and fixing it after he totaled it twice,, then i would say about $5k or so.
  14. New Tires and all cleaned up!

  17. If doing a 4x4 swap, make sure your new front axle is the same gear ratio as the rear.
  18. Check my truck for comparison. 2" pucks, chebby drop shackles and 31's.
  19. Doubt if i touch mine until after the holidays. Busy household. Mine does idle low, but not excessively low i don't think.
  20. That is my after holidays project. Have a set of 97 doors in the barn waiting to go on.
  21. Cad fix is about 1/2 hour. Do it. Still stalling i guess?
  22. Sledge hammer is what am thinking on mine next. i
