  1. You would need to bypass the rear valve
  2. Unless you just have to have an MJ D44 have you considered the 29 spline XJ 8.25? Cheap and plentiful.
  3. (Diesel + 32" tires + rear locker) + 6.2" rear ring gear = total joke
  4. Fiat Panda/500/Renegade concept
  5. I'll bet his "soa" is the Chero perches in the stock location.
  6. Any shaft that will accept the 297 will accept the 760
  7. What about drilling straight through the frame and running bolts all of the way through and bolting them on the inside with fender washers or reinforcing plates? With or without sleeving the hole ( I hate nutzerts :) )
  8. It would take some research. 1310 u-joints at each end and the proper length as listed as a sticky.
  9. I did a SOA with 2wd rear springs and 5.5" front coils and it sits level

$3700 with a bad motor, t-case problems , and busted window? This guy is trying to flip a truck he bought cheap IMHO. If it is the truck in the ad it is not worth anything near $3700 of my dollars.

Location makes all of the difference. A truly rust free version around the rust belt could sell that high
  12. The track bar is a likely culprit. Check to see it the body side mounting hole has wobbled out. This is not uncommon.
  13. For those of you too young to remember the XJ was universally hated by jeepers when it was introduced. Worse than the YJ even. It wasn't until second and third owners began beating the crap out of them that they felt the love.
  14. Doesn't that apply to the Hummer H1 as well? Just curious
  15. Try disconnecting your battery for 30 minutes or so to re-set the ecm. It's free and worth a shot
  16. Have you considered an 8.25 w/29 splines or 8.8? Cheaper, stronger, & easier to find. The MJ/XJ D44 is weaker than the average D44 ( smaller tubes) and is overpriced IMHO
  17. I used Barnes 4x4 extended perches. Worked great
  18. Yes. You might look into piecing your own lift together to get what you want
  19. As mentioned it helps because it moves stuff that will get hung up on things above the axle. It also allows you to use flatter leafs then what would be needed from a SUA to get the same lift. High arches take away from flex.
  20. center sections and pinion outputs are often off-set. Don't know about the 8.8.
  21. All of the front pieces will work
