It had a little more than the normal 4.0 tick. I thought it was a lifter starting to go bad then all of a sudden it got loud so I thought I lost a lifter. Tore it down no play in valve train. Pulled head to check lifters. A mechanic friend that does engines told me to pull pan just to check and found piston chunks from #5

I just broke a piston in my 2001 Jeep TJ 4.0L. How common is it and has anyone else have this problem. My TJ had 93k on it and very well maintained.

I’m pretty sure this is a Canadian Jeep Wrangler. Just bought from a lady I’ve known for a long time it belonged to her late husband.

Nice find Pete!

I saw that on YouTube to day. That is something else.

Looks like to me that is a 97-01 Dana 30

Being parted out at Harper Salavage in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. I got the wheels.

I have Tom Wood’s drive shafts front and Rear in my Tj and in my Comanche they are great to work with.

My brother sent me this it was somewhere in Indy.

IT’s spending its last days at LKQ South Bend. Been picked over pretty good still a couple things left as of April 15 2023.

Looks good to me

I have had satellite so long between dish and direct it’s hard to give up but getting tired of there B.S. Just trying to figure out what service of streaming is the best fit

That is a very good article.

That’s not to bad

Has the price stayed close to what you started off with so far. I have dish and contract is up and they are sticking it to me

It seams like Hulu keeps coming up with most post will have to check into that. How long have you had hulu live?

Has Hulu jacked up the price since you signed up or has it stayed the same

I’m thinking about going this route and ditching the dish. There are so many options. Not sure what to go with or stay away from.

I can hardly wait for the build sheet

First time I have been able to get a picture of this car . It belongs to a guy that lives in our town.

Today at lunch gas was $3.89 on my way home jumped to $4.24 in Southwest Michigan

Wow

That is really cool she did a very nice job

Looks like a nice days work
