  1. That proves you’re in perfect balance with the universe. Balance being the key word here.
  2. What's the goal here? Totally eliminate the IGN SW. Big job if so. I believe there're kits out there.
  3. Looks like Connector C268. I3(orange) should be Power Window Circuit Breaker/Clock fuse feed. Smaller gauge wires would be used for the purpose of Bulb Checking (G1_G2) (Brake bulb_Coolant bulb). B3 is Fuse_Link_F.
  4. C178 Headlamp Delay Module, if equipped.
  5. C260 Cruise/Trans Switch Welcome to the CC forum.

This took nine (9) times logging in and out.

Something like this also happens to me. I’ll get the whirling whirl and nothing never happens. If I’m trying to follow a topic or when posting in a topic. If I login a dozen or more times things will sometimes work as they should. I assumed I was the only one. Running windows 10 on a desktop.

  9. Using a voltmeter or 12vdc testlight (preferred) check for Battery_Voltage_(B+) on the following pins (use battery_negative terminal for ground): D1_5: B+ (Hot at all times) D2_4: B+ (Hot during KEY ON/CRANKING). D1_6: KEY ON (B+ (Hot for 2-3 seconds)) or CRANKING (B+ (Hot during CRANK)).
  10. You’ll need at least 300+ engine rpms during CRANK before the ECU will even think about SPARK and FUEL. Make sure battery and/or starter motor are up to the task.
  11. Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Both BARO_PRES and MAP values are displayed using a absolute scale since that what the MAP sensor deals in. MAN_VAC value is calculated and displayed using a gauge scale, same as a vacuum gauge one would carry in their toolbox. MT2500/DRB/REM uses the following formula to display MAN_VAC: (BARO_PRES)-(MAP)=MAN_VAC.
  12. There is a relearn procedure for when the battery is disconnected. Have you disconnected your battery recently? 88 FSM Computer Relearn Procedures.pdf The 3 thou is a calibrated air leak setting. This allows the pintle on the IAC to be in such a position for idle air bypass control. That is too say, a good place for the pintle to move in or out of the air bypass chamber. Also this setting will prevent throttle plate freeze up/lockup during extreme cold temperatures.
  13. You might not have to move it all. Do this first: http://cruiser54.com/?p=94
  14. Your MAP sensor looks good on this recording. On a previous recording MAN VAC showed 20+”Hg @ idle. 18.4”Hg @ idle is typical MAN VAC, verified with your analog gauge. That new MAP line routing has a dip in it at the MAP sensor itself. You might not want that elbow there.

  16. I wonder why your INJ_PW time is low (4.3_4.9mS), yet LTFT is adding time to INJ_PW. Are you running with factory injectors?
  17. Note the metal foil with bare stranded wire (shield). This makes up the shielded circuit used for the Knock Sensor (KS). This shielded must find a path to ground. Protects against Electromotive Force (EMF) Don't want to RETARD your timing unnecessarily. Shielded circuit is shown using dashed lines.
  18. Take this with you. Might help DMV understand better. Maybe you'll have to buy O2S and PCV. maintenance reminder light reset procedures.pdf
  19. Claims it can. From page_1 Installation Instruction manual. It treats the input and output entirely separately, so it doesn't care if the input to the gauge is scaled differently than the sender, or even if the sender signal is reversed - it can correct for that.
