  1. its going to look weird.
  2. maybe I'm wrong but i think he is asking about changing a 2wd trans to a 4wd trans. in my opinion, its not worth the work. 4wd AW4s can be had fairly easily.
  3. some people will run CVs because when they break, they don't take out the lower ball joints like u joint shafts will.
  4. you will have to trim the brackets that wrap around the frame. the MJ has cab supports that the XJ does not have. otherwise it will bolt right in.
  5. so cool. are the caps still fiberglass?
  6. i've seen a broken rcv on a 44. neutral drops with 37 comp treapadors will do that lol. happened on mason jar
  7. so will you not be able to use regular shafts as spares now? well unless you change out hubs... RCVs are cool, but i kinda like having a weak link being something that can be replaced quickly and having the ability to keep wheeling.
  8. i have hobbyist plates on mine.
  9. if you make a wrong turn into WI, i'll buy you a beer lol
  10. awesome story. oh by the way, thats not rusty lol
  11. (if my memory is correct) Rattler trail at SMORR is like that the whole way. its a fun one :)
  12. going to add more lift or stay the same height? or lower it?? :)
  13. it was actually just before the last hard climb with the rock face on the right side. the JK actually made it over the log but got about 1 foot in the air and stayed in the throttle wide open so the rear end broke when it landed.
  14. thanks. yeah that flop was on Mason Jar. cage held up great. would have taken out the windshield without it. its definitely a good time when NAXJA is there. lots of well built rigs and some good carnage (like a supercharged LS powered JK on 40s breaking a 14 bolt shaft and detroit locker on your turn)
  15. is the wrap around protection of the bumper touching the bed? and this is probably my new favorite MJ. so clean and nicely done.
  16. cause its his and he can do whatever he wants to it. side note, that thing has been for sale for a long time
