Project "Eliminator"
89eliminator replied to 89eliminator's topic in MJ Hardcore Tech: Epic Journeys to Greatness
there is some thick brush that i have run into but i have wheeled this long without something like that so i guess i don't really need it. two light bars is an idea i had (each side of the center roof tube) but they are just so much money that its not worth it to me. -

yeah i missed the part where you changed control arm brackets. re check the caster and toe. also your trackbar is on upside down, not like that would make a difference though. are your wheel bearings new? -

best i could get for an "aerial" photo lol hard to see but i tied into the door hinges. bottom is welded to the rock rails the top tubes are higher than i visually wanted but i had the tough decision of going tight to the cab or leaving enough room to sort of maintain the usability of the sun roof. since i hate hate HATE hot weather, i chose the later. rear view. after it was welded in i realized i probably should have continued the triangulation down to the mounts... -

Are you planning on going with the same style cage we built? Willy maybe not exactly the same, but probably similar. i will be tying mine into the rock rails. Nice! I look forward to seeing what you do. Willy me too haha. this will be my first attempt at bending up a cage. been reading a lot about tips on bending tube.

its a nice truck for sure. if someone is willing to pay that much, then thats how much the truck is worth. some people don't have the capabilities to build a truck like that so i can see where someone would want to buy it already built. i sure as hell wish i could sell my truck for that much....
