Mines a 150 gallon, can run air tools and fill tires all day long  It's like the ones they use at bigger mechanic shops :wrench: Best part was that it runs great and got it for free!

In the calculator it says the cam is a 68-231-4 and below it you have written "Camshaft: COMP Cam 68-231-4" and at the top of the list it says "68-321-4" Just wondering if thats a typo? Seems like a good plan for a solid and strong motor but how much are you expected to gain over stock?

Absolutely love the Clayton longarms! My friend had his up for sale with a d44 and just sold it, there's also the $600 MJ with a d44 and 4.10s! I can also get you the B-pillar interior plastic pieces

I drove my truck with 6.5" of lift in the front with short arms for a month before i got death wobble, the control arm angles are just too steep and i hated the ride it gave, if you are going to go up the 2 extra inches is it worth all the money? unless you plan on going to 35s you really don't need it. if you do run shorts arms at 6.5" get your tires balanced right and keeping a little less air pressure in them ~23-26 and a stiffer steering stabilzer will help prevent death wobble from happening along with replacing any loose or worn parts.

As of right now my setup is 4.5" lift coils with 2" pucks up front with Clayton longarms, did a Spring over axle swap in the rear and it's rolling on some 33" all terrains until I can afford 35" km2s, gears and lockers. Keep up the good work!

The front of my MJ is toooooo stiff.
Dirteatr717 replied to JACKED88's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
Longarms can range from the rough country kit from I believe $650 to high end kits as high as 1200 I think for just a crossmember and arms, my Clayton kit came with the crossmember and arms for $950 to my door, I think it's worth every penny 8) -
I've always been just fine with 4wd and some nice tires, never really had to add any weight. I remember seeing the 2x4 framework with the sandbags too

Either drop brackets or longarms would greatly improve your ride :wrench: -
what tires do you recommend?
Dirteatr717 replied to mjtjnj's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
I know a few people who have the Goodyear duratracs in the 33/12.5/15 flavor and absolutely love em, they're a more aggressive a/t. -
Awesome!!!! Good luck with her man!
