  1. It's really cool you guys stayed with it to get this thing going down the road again [emoji106]
  2. Just to clarify, I didn't use RE full kit just front 3.5". Rear is hellcreek 3" shocks are bilsteins all around
  3. I'm using bilsteins but you can use their shocks just indicate to them you have an MJ which has different rear shocks. Good luck
  4. Benefit of going with spidertrax and 17" 5x5 jeep wheels the tires are dirt cheap on CL MT's,AT's, and radials. The best part for me most of them are around the 32" range perfect with my lift.
  5. Yea 32's 3.5" RE in front with adj. trac bar and 3" hellcreek in rear. This was the day of install rear springs have settled about 1/2" since. good luck
  6. Exact lift rides great! Wheels pretty good too really can't say enough good things about the combo.
  7. Never called him up to look any further when I seen price so never made it that far
  8. It looked to be a pretty clean swap my brother lives in quitman,tx one town over basically. I know it runs got behind it going to brookshires grocery couldn't flag him down then seen it on Craigslist awhile back. Looked nice sounded good
  9. No, what you are saying is wrong because of the following, and I'm sure Joe can back it up if he remembers. When I bought my MT 3+2 springs in 06, Joe mistakenly sent me his stock factory "model" spring, with the Chrysler p/n 52001825 stamped on it. Before I sent it back to Joe, I laid them out side.by-side; they were identical. Same free arch, same leaf ends, same wrap, same everything. His 3+2 MT spring is an exact copy of the original factory MT spring. To me this whole thing is cut and dry, correct me if I'm wrong the FSM states 2 ride heights for our trucks across all packages? My father owns an 88 Laredo 4x4 MT he bought new I can tell you it sat about 1 maybe 2 inches higher than my 91 2wd with wore springs before I lifted. No doubt that I'm in over my head when you guys talk spring shop terminology, but I can read a tape if it don't measure rite it ain't rite. It is also nice to know that joe has offered a remedy to this by offering to re arc them in those situations. Kudos for that I know my dad would have liked this offer years back.
  10. Gotta go with Eagle on this one ride height is ride height period. There had to be different springs for different model weight LB,SB,4wd,2wd, but regardless ride height is the bottom line. You clearly sale a lifted leaf spring, which is fine and i don't think anyone is questioning quality from all the reviews you guys sale a great product, but to say you sale a stock MT spring is BS.
  11. This was made for a SBC conversion and for that reason it is Awesome stock engine just get stock gauges IMO
  12. What year is your truck maybe someone can look in fsm?
  13. FYI when searching the forum Google search meaning go to your Google bar type "comancheclub.com" then what your searching ex. "Comancheclub.com 86 engine swap"Works much better good luck
  14. I don't think he is talking about the mobile view on web. I believe he is referring to an app like tapatalk, which in my opinion is the only way to use forums if you got a smartphone or tablet. Give it a try, good luck
  15. Tapatalk great app for forums and just pull pics from library
  16. If you have a smartphone or tablet just download tapatalk pics are self explanatory then. Good luck
  17. could we get some more shots those look good
  18. Auto, the novelty wears off of a stick pretty quick in traffic and on the trails.
  19. Yep I tried to let people know, dad sent 2 pair of GS back for same reason before he decided to buy those "expensive" HC springs! Dunno if he still makes just the MT springs any more though? Good luck
  20. Personally, I would call General Spring and tell them their springs are not as advertised and you either want them replaced with springs that ride at factory height, or you want your money back. Life's too short to waste it dealing with vendors who create problems rather than solve them.Exactly
