Brand new battery. This is my plow truck. I need it too start. And it always does but......obviously not as good or as easy as it should.

No clue. But if it was just water or a bad mix, I think I would have had bigger issues already. It will start cold if I dump gas down the TB. Gotta sit and babysit it till it warms up.

I've checked air box and both lines running too it. The hard plastic line is cracked. Engine has 100k miles. Starts just fine when it's warm is what's throwing me off.

It will start after being plugged in for a few hours, but it will not start cold. It could be 30 degrees and all it will do is crank. Started at -33 below after being plugged in no problem a few weeks ago. After its warm, runs fine. Stumbles a little till its warm. Any ideas on where to start? Brand new plugs, wires, cap and rotor this fall. Fresh gas.

We have two iPad minis in my house. His and hers. Our laptop hasn't been out of the closet since we got them. We use them for everything and like it was stated above, sure is nice to search stuff up out in the garage, laying under the jeep. Battery life is awesome also.

Been a few years but this sounds right.

I have a 97 AW4 and 231 transfer case in my parts XJ. I have been thinking about swapping it in place of the 2wd pukey in my 88. I don't care about the computer controls. Ill buy a AW4 manual shifter. Will the pedal assembly out of the 97 XJ work in the 88? If I've found the correct info, I need a Renix era AW4 drive plate...? X-member from parts jeep should work fine. As with the floor shifter/cables. Missing anything?

I have used Rotella in all my 4.0s with WIX filters. My local parts store has a sale on it a few times a year and I stock up. I run the 5w40 in my diesel pickup year around but the jeeps get 10w30 Dino.

I worked at a resort in the summertime for 2 seasons. I have seen some hilarious boat ramp issues. That guy that dropped his brand new 20' Crestliner on the ramp after unhooking everything (like you can do on a bunk trailer but his was a new roller), was probably the scariest, funniest, most expensive oops.

-33 below with -50 below wind chill up here Monday. Heat wave today with -20 below air temp warming to -10 below for a high. Tomorrow it will be like the tropics, high of 3 above. Love it.
