  1. 86 mj project and 90 xj for parts.
  2. mostly PC, I love all the small indie titles and stuff that come out. also steam... I do have an older PS2 cause it has a few games that I come back to every now and then, mostly jak and daxter.
  3. hopefully it will turn out nice without costing an arm and a leg.
  4. if I had the cash i would nab it just for the roll bar, doors and front axle. Unless it had an AMC20 out back.
  5. http://www.kijiji.ca/v-cars-trucks/strathcona-county/1986-jeep-chamanche/1079376582?enableSearchNavigationFlag=true it's a bit rough but its got some good options
  6. were you able to get those seat covers fixed?

  9. Any from 87 to 90 with a 4L
  10. ok thank you for the quick response.
  11. there was probably a better way to word my title but hey, at least I have your attention :P anyway so I know there is a difference in ride height between the regular 2wd and 4wd leafs. but are there different MT leafs based on whether or not an MJ was 4wd? I'm asking because of this http://www.kijiji.ca/v-cars-trucks/calgary/1991-jeep-comanche-truck/1078227281?enableSearchNavigationFlag=true
  12. the base is just two pieces of angle iron and some box tubing correct?
  13. Nice cross-member, does it bolt up to the factory holes/studs?
  14. my 2.8 4x4 with 5 speed has 3.55's
  15. Yeah, I was. I actually have all the parts I need ( I think ). and was planning on starting the swap july first, But it going to be put on hold cause I'm moving and won't be able to take the truck with me :(
  16. Honestly, that price to paint is about right. In my area a mid-high grade quality full repaint with minimal body prep will cost you 4-5k. Concours quality paint job is 7-10k. Maaco quality job 300-700$. Black looks great on MJ. Check out knever3 thread for a great example: http://comancheclub.com/topic/43859-fun-with-the-camera/?do=findComment&comment=446027 I vote for VW R32 Deep Blue Pearl or Honda Desert Sage Green. Black will definately look good, but that Desert Sage Green was really interesting! ty for input  Haha I wish I knew what the difference was, and why you're jealous :rotf: As stated before I recently discovered my interest for old american cars, and my knowledge is at the same place xD it's the heavy duty axle that came in our trucks, and apparently they are pretty damn strong, well at least compared to the dana 35s that most came with. also I believe if you find two C's (like this CC ) on the pumpkin it means it has a limited slip, but that one i'm not sure about, someone else will know though.
  17. so I took my jeep for my first offroading trip of the year (and probably only :( ) snapped a few pics, nothing extreme cause I was alone. found this in the bush, taugh it was funny. one doesn't realize how sucky the 2.8 is till they try to offroad it.
  18. you got a model 20 so jealous
  19. winnipeg has a team to now.
  20. is this in the one by the yellowhead?
  21. for the 44 you just want the R&P and the carrier?
  22. MJ Dana 44 pics and sorry it took so long (I might have forgot)
  23. that's the build p that I found and was going to use for mine :)
  24. I'd rather have buckets. ok, also if you don't mind cutting and welding you could always find a set of buckets you like, lope of the brackets from your seat then weld them on to the frame of the others.
  25. unless you're set on buckets i've read on here that dakota benches will bolt/fit in our trucks.
