  1. Cool thanks for the help. Alsto he holes I'm talking about aren't the ones in the pic. What i meant was on the front cross member that runs behind the bumper (pic 2) there were to large holes one was a large slightly bigger then a fist sized hole the othere was more ovoled and about twice as wide. I hope that my description was better this time :)
  2. got a little more done on the jeep today, but I now have two questions, one do I need to remove the fenders to get the the bits holding on the the front clip in the areas i've marked two My 1990 parts cherokee had to holes in this front plate/crossmember thing that runs behind the bumper, will I need to add these holes or were they just for the hidden winch option
  3. I just cut the brackets off on my bench then wleded them to the buckets after cutting their brackets.

  8. I got around to doing a little work on my Comanche today, nothing too substantial though. I just pulled the rad belts fan and a few other odds and ends. also at some point this came undone and I didn't even notice O.o sorry about the blur also I taught that only the 2wd MJ's has the rubber stuffing in the drive shaft. also what is this, and do I need to save this for my 4L swap? and lastly, a little game of can you spot the difference.
  9. It is out and on a stand. Ill see if they'll let me take it apart to look at it anything else? Also @ impulse rocket at least you're yard has xjs i think there might be two right now in the pnp. Edit if it really is a stroker it should have upgraded injecters right? Any way to tell those apart from stock one? I'm just looking for the most ways to check.
  10. no, but they bought it to take the trans and lift off of it. also it may or may not be stroked, the current owner doesn't know it's just what he was told by the guy he bought it from. if there was an easy to check i'd like to know. :)

  14. The rear axle isn't bolt in, you need to moving d the spring perches on the alxe.
  15. So I recently discovered that this combination of lights illuminated on my dash means that my alternator is going out, so all elections disconnected it was surprisingly hard to wrestle that out of there. new JY alternator in and all is good now :)

  17. HA we've enjoyed some 15 of the celsius variety, but all I did was buy parts to redo the rear brakes on the 89 corolla.
