I use a lube called breakfree in all my locks in winter have not had one freeze yet.

I might have my mj bench brackets still if you need them I will look for them.

Take both heater hoses off at the firewall then run water from a garden hose in and out both brass connectors for several miniutes you should see gobs of brown come out. What your doing is flushing the heater core. Worked like a charm on mine.

Get a set of grand cherokee LCA from a yard or ebay I am not sure what years fit someone on here will. They are a great upgrade way stronger and do fit with a little grinding. Theres a write up on here some where. I bought mine from a club member for around $50.00 for the set.

I have had one for 4 years and never a problem except a powercord and battery. For the price you can't beat them.

Ok now we know what you need however those I do not have. I bought mine from daveysjeeps.com they were like 1.00 each. It was the only place other than the dealer I could find them.

For the unit bearing? If so I have couple laying in the scrap pile there off a 99 XJ I would think there the same. If I can get them out without to much work you can have them for shipping.

My cover is from a 2000 4.0 and fits fine you will need to re-plumb the hoses but you will never again have renix blow by issues. I have 2 renix aluminum covers 5.00 each plus shipping if it helps. Emissions hose can be had at napa I have a new Mopar set but do not know where there at however we will be moving soon so I may come across them.

I have a rust free from Florida gate but it has a slight long dent again from UPS. Don`t know if this would help you or not?
