Checked the cable it works well. Now to check for vacuum leaks.

Everything flushed, T-stat replaced. All working good. two hot heater hoses. Running around 160. Good heat as i switch from vent to heat but then it's cool again. I can feel some heat under the dash. ??????????????????

Already flushed. No change. No heater control valve don't need that in the winter(Do I). Y's were replaced with T's that might have been a mistake.

No heat on these cold Canadian nights. Might get up to 190 on the gauge but soon as the thermostat opens 150. It'll do this maybe 20 times in a 60 mile trip. Thinking i got a dud t-stat

I just replaced all injector & fuel rail o-rings. I cleaned up electrical conections to injectors & seafoamed fuel tank. With fuel prices rising this is a must for older MJ's. Now my MANCHE is the envy for MPG's in our town. :smart: :Canadaflag:

:agree: I think i'll do the same. I tried pulling off each wire while the engine was running. Two of them had fire comeing out everywhere on the wire

Thought all my issues were dealt with. Manche starts good, but runs kinda $#!&ty now. It started the other day, felt like it had a miss in it but it smoothed right out after a short run. Now this miss is always there, it runs, has some power. Pulled the plug wires and there's spark to all the plugs. I'm thinking bad plug or two. Would egr or oxygen sensor do this to. :Canadaflag:

She's an 88 inline six, where do i find the cps connector? :hmm: I'm guessing again, that it's on the back of the engine. :help:

Comanche worked A1 until today. Started as usual. Ran great as usual. Stopped at the hardware store. When i came out NO GO. Twenty minutes of cranking on & off IT STARTED. I never done nothing. Now it's home and NO GO again. I can hear the fuel pump. :dunno: Guess i need to check for spark. Any other ideas what to check? :Canadaflag:

Got the whole axle. Looks good inside & out. Perches are correct, ratio is correct, it's a Dana 35. Only thing thats different is the drum size. the new one has smaller drums that aren't realy good. Does anyone know if the backing plates on the 35's are interchangeable. if they are i'll just swap & put all my just new brakes on the new 35's
