  14. had it left over from my old ford I had, just look up a 79 F250 and should pop right up. My MJ was converted from manual to auto so had the manual pedals in it when I got it so pulled the clutch pedal out when first got it, then figure I swap in a auto pedal later on and now was a good time, so just pulled a pedal from a 93 XJ and everything bolted right in. and you can see no grinding/ drilling was needed.

  20. yeah thanks, I found it later, if you see the last post in the link. but good to have it here though for someone searching for the same. Side note, I have the WJ set up with XJ valve, pulled the rubber out of the valve, running dual piston ford calipers in front and chevy fron calipers in the rear with my 44/60 combo. everything was a direct bolt in, no grinding no anything, Used a ford brake light switch. post a pic in a bit. I am very happy with the results, pedal feels great and I stop like a brand new truck. :D
  21. this is correct, it is not necessary to pull the old seal.
  22. yes you are correct, have to pull the carrier and install the "inner axle seal" as matching the other side (drivers side) then the old seals are pulled and just rtv the flat plate or cover to block off the shift fork housing that is no longer needed. rush or no rush sounds to me like the shop guy should of know that. :hmm:
