question, how come no one ever paints the inside of their bed?

at first i was like nooo not the wheels, but the black turned out fairly nice, can't wait to see more pics

fixed my clutch line, no more leak, took it into auto shop last week and have been tinkering, put some dot 4 fluid in it, bled it by pulling out the piston and filling up the slave cyl, then pushing the master cyl in all the way, till all the bubbles came out of the line and till it over flowed, then i took the piston with the seal and shoved er back in, tested to see if there was air bubbles, and none :) musta been the 0-ring i had in my slave cyl (don't ask, some one suggested it) threw it on the vice, and pushed the rod on the slave cyl, ROCK SOLID!!!! I'm GOING TO INSTALL IT TOMOROW, WHEN THERES NO MORE RAIN, AND DRIVE HER OFF THE JACK STANDS!!!!!!!!

:huh???: this makes me so sad... what if it ends up in the hands of one who does not care? i say shrink wrap it and put it out back for a few years... :thumbsup:

ok i know its been a while since i have updated, the reason for that is i have shop every 2nd day thru out the weekdays, so i don't have much time a day to work on it, here is what we got so far, the blazer is HORRIBLE to work on, in my experience with it this is not a vehicle to be a wrench project xP i had to disconect the exhaust manifold, oil pump and the steering column just to get 1 bolt for the oil pan. we got it all out, put back together and time to put in the new engine, that doesnt quite fit yet! engine out put back together :D time for the new engine first we tried just using an engine hoist then we used this nifty device from princess auto for about $13 and this is how close we came before it was time to end the day so next update will be when the engine is in, pics of my custom engine mounts, and ill have a video of it running, once that is done, we will be lifting it :D about.... 3 feet!! more to come, what you think?

I'm looking at getting rid of my external slave cyl for my clutch, i want to swap over to the internal setup, i want to know if i have to switch clutches doing so? will i just be able to bolt it on?

lol, rustoleum will do the trick then, and looks atleast twice as good as por 15 :thumbsup: plus comes in more of a variety :shake: **EDITS** i noticed that you front cross member is missing? are you replacing it with a stronger one? even though it doesnt look like much support, it is a crucial piece

any one got a picture of thier d35 86 tag? mine is prety corroded, all i can make off if it is 6355-16-3D from the top line and 004 -- 18 on the bottom, I'm in the process of wd40 and sand paper resto on my tag

i just checked mine, from what i can see from my tag, i have the rare 3.31 gearing for my 86, the tag is pretty worn down so just to makesure I'm going to clean it up for a better look. edits, the more numbers i uncover to more its looking like its not XD can't make out antidisestablishmentarianism it is yet, but ittl get there
