went wheeling yesterday, had a passenger who likes taking pictures XD no pics of the truck (technically i got a pic of the inside :P )

besides working all the time, the onlything i have time to do is work on my truck :yes: :shake: can't wait to see more :D

downloading the program, i will design it once i install it, I'm debating if I'm going to get it made from a single piece, or, go down to my buddy's and get it welded up, with some "cardboard" (paper) cutouts, but either or i will get them made atleast 2 weeks away or longer, 5 more days I'm going to shambhala!! :yes: http://www.shambhalamusicfestival.com/ i noticed my power steering pump has a leak, o_O so i need a new hose, its the one with the sensor on it, any one got the oem replacement number?

so took it out today, and she ran great :) no leaks from my transmission, or oil!! i guess i got my power steering a bit hot because it leaked a bit, other than that it seems to be fine. i love how smooth the steering wheel is, and i got a suede cover so its like a cloud :yes: i have to replace the pinion seal, :fs1: but hey its expected, 24 year old seals will go at somepoint, this is going to be fun i can tell you that XD tomorrow i will take er out and do a bit of offroading and take a stance shot :D

if in all possibility it is external it could be the snap rings that held his external setup's piston in place could have shot out, because of lots of pressure, they are prob about 20+ years old so its bound to have happened. see if you can pull ur slave cyl out, and if you can, inspect the inside part of it, you could have also blown a seal :thumbsup: let us know what you find

well i sanded my ground for more connectivity, see if that will help, checked the wrap all the way to the adapter, and then checked the plugs in the adapter, everything was good, was going to pull a sensor or something off, but gas started coming out, i forgot that i had a full tank :shake: can't check it till after work tho, my seal is still curing on my valve cover then i got bored of that and pulled out the angle grinder, my plan is to get autocad and work on a new cross member for the frame rail, get that made, get a spot weld driller and take the old one off, and put the new one on :D restore it to its original state :brows: so earlier on i pulled up my floor boards to find this so i did this :) started chopping look at all that rust! this picture is relevant because it is proof that i put my sweat and blood into her all cleaned up :yes: and mat back in its place for now

thanks :D and any time :cheers: yesterday i removed my lifter cover , then i got a bit distracted, so today i made tripple sure i won't have an oil leak, put make a gasket then gasket then make a gasket on, letting it cure and will start her up tomorrow. now my next project, clean all of the contacts up to see if it'll fix my gas gauge lug nuts replaced :D more bling :D was going to do some painting and clean everything inside but, I'm short on cash atm, so i just did what i could with what i got for now :D but as always more too come, hehe i got a big dually axle that will bolt right into the rear just need a day to go get it

all wired up and after about 15 mins of playing with the license plate i have made my decision :chillin: , tested it and it works :D , don't know if i can pull anything yet, i need an excuse to use it :shake: ran the ground wire to my tailgate, its out of site for the most part, and if needed i can move it else where when the tail gate is removed, here's so more pics to keep you tied over, I'm going to shambhala soon so I'm tied up for money at this moment, but when i get back i should have some more to invest into the truck. next up fixing my oil leak once and forall

my drill decided to take a charge so i got it all mounted up, going to do the wiring tomorrow, as well as address my oil leak, and i think my my rear diff has a leak? more pics tomorrow!

my drill died on me, so i need to get a new one before i can finish the bumper, but i got around to putting my new seal in today no more leaks! (from the transmission that is :P ) but as i was under the truck i noticed that i think its time for some new bumpstops testing the total blade i got for free, it actually works :hmm: and how she sits atm,

once i get the last on my bolts i will move the winch up as much as possible, but that'll be after work in like 5 hours, if my lady friend doesnt distract me that is :P :D

close to getting her mounted on, need 4 more screws and bolts, here and here but this is how it will sit when it is finished, it is very light, about 35 pound winch :D and yes there is tail gate clearance

lol i called that the "death rattle" untill i tied mine off in 4 different points, my passengers thought my truck was going to explode! i just chuckled as they freaked out

when I'm in aux on the ignition and have the stereo on it surges when theres like a kick in the song, shuts off and reboots, any way to fix this?

does it count if your paint is peeling off and the red is slowly overtaking itself back in places?

P.O's special touches, check my thread, you can see all the black he painted on my truck, my truck was white, then red, then white, the hood, windows, taillights, metal stripping are all black so was most of the tailgate

found a set of factory ones from 87 :D so technically i did mine too :P before after
