  1. I agree. except that it's not a return line, it's the emergency bypass line.
  2. supposedly this is a model pd4501-771. couldn't find a pic that had that number in it, but used it anyways because I'd love to turn one into an RV. :D
  3. damn straight! :D
  4. is the pedal firm with the truck off?
  5. no arguments there. :D
  6.
  7. hint: note the red stripe on the rims
  8. only thing wrong is I didn't think of that. I will pass that on!
  9. neat! someone give me 600 bucks :D actually, I think I'd rather make my own.
  10. as soon as I'm settled we need to have a southern meet-n-greet.
  11. unfortunately if this happens soon, you'll be meeting my brother-in-law. I'm in Michigan again. :( won't be back for a week or so. honestly I've got no clue as to the immediacy of this need. thanks guys, I'll pass the offers on to him. and Jim, I'm still trying to find a way to take you up on that offer. :D
  12. white rims for the win! besides, you can always change your mind later. the red/black two-tone would look good too.
  13. fine. 86-92 MJ or 84-96 XJ front bumper looks like this: (super cool blues brothers plate not required) :rotf:
  14. apparently my brother-in-law's boss is in need of a front bumper and I got volunteered to hunt one down. :dunno:
  15. I'll be looking into it once this move is done and I'm finally settled in georgia. probably after the first of the year.
  16. also see rule #2: http://comancheclub.com/topic/1183-rules-for-the-comanche-club-forums/
  17. I think so. the explorer rears are the ones for Jeepers.
  18. awesomeness :D sigh... I miss Moab. :(
  19. actually, the Explorer guys say that the early Explorer 8.8s have the same shafts as the later models. (except maybe some very early production 91s) the only real difference is that the early ones have drums and the later ones have disks. and if I remember right, the explorer disks are easily swappable. I've got no idea on the thunderbird ones though. also, there is no internal difference between the explorer 8.8 found behind a v8 and those found behind a v6. don't pay extra for one with slightly different bracketry (that you're going to cut off anyway).
  20. and you don't have to pull the trans! if I can do it, anyone can.
  21. explorer 8.8s can be found with 4.10s too, so that'll allow for upgrading the rear later on.
