well, like most things it was working fine... right up until it didn't. I've got a GPS right on the dash so it's not like I need it. hey, I bet there's a perfectly good one on that 4.10 axle I have back in GA! I just have to remember to add 1500 miles to the oil change interval once I fix it.

you should be able to find an 8.25 from a cherokee for cheap. as a bonus you can work on it without taking the truck out of action.

I'll have to try that on the Libby. the stuff my pop was using before didn't last very long.

a 2" puck up front and a longer shackle out back is the cheapest way to get a bump since starting around 3" you need to replace more parts and then at 4.5 you need to replace even more parts and at 6" even more part still. each inch costs more than then last. and that doesn't even include new bigger tires, better gearing, better bakes... there's no end to the craziness you can do.

well, she survived the 750 mile journey north. although it appears that my speed sensor is dead so I did it without the speedo or odo. Just gotta remember to add the mileage to the oil change schedule. But she drove fine without it so... whatever. I can leave that for later.

keep in mind that you miss out on all the houses you don't see. Try to stay in the game, but with a more relaxed state of mind. who knows, you might get lucky.

yeah, there is definitely a limit on how fast you can upload and it seems to choke on huge files. But rest assured that they are all automatically shrunken and saved, just sometimes you need to do just one at a time. truck looks goooooood though
