the MJ AMC-20 is a fine axle and has 1-piece shafts. good stuff right there. your rear prop valve has been inverted and should be pointing towards the pass side, not down.

I've never heard of a plastic MJ tank. the late 90s Dakota would have a plastic tank that fits, but the pump stuff would be harder to adapt. the link in my signature would have a couple writeups on guys that used the Dak tank, but they were in conjunction with 97+ swaps which better matched the dakota pump style. when you get your new tank, do a scuff, chemical clean, primer and a couple coats of paint and it should last a looooong time.

I took all the heavy things out and only gained a half inch.

whatever you go with, maybe add a handful of fake cameras in the mix too. giant monstrosities that no one can miss. the reason behind security cameras is 2-fold: discourage the bad guys so they hit someone else's house, or identify the bad guys so the cops might be able to get some of your stuff back. what does a good job at one, may not succeed at the other.
