that is the hope. The plan is to install them in the morning and drive to town. I still have plans to rewire the rear ABS sensor wires into the fronts and trick the system into giving me back my cruise control, but that's a project for another day. next up is the brakes on the durango and the wheelbearing on the cruiser

as long as you keep pluging away at it everything is fine. gotta keep the momentum even if the motivation falters.

in the Epic Tech subforum you'll see "Comanche Dawn". he installed a later model bed light.

you don't necessarily need to hunt down the MJ light, other trucks' lights will work too. and any truck after the early 90s will have integrated 3rd brake lights so you can wire up both if you were so inclined.

I trained our cat to not freak out when I pick her up and flip her upside down for a belly rub. does that count? She was a feral for the first year of her life so it took years to get to that stage of trust. plus I've got a 75% success rate on calling her to me. She knows she's getting a back rub. But then she has us trained too and knows who/when to go to during the course of the day for some pettin' or playin'. for example, every evening she'll walk to my room, meow, and then run back to the living room and wait for me to come grab a string and play. My buddy's black cat fetches little toys you throw.

well, these are what I have. certainly better than yours, but it depends on what your plan is before I could say they were worthwhile. I say you should experiment with yours to see what works best for a restoration. maybe they will turn out good enough. remove the rust, seal the rust, paint with a chrome paint and BAM, you can see better at night. maybe.

I've got 2. problem is I don't know which is an early KJ and which is a late KJ since mine is a diesel KJ. I'll dig them out later and measure the bolt dimensions. do you have the other skids?
