  2. don't worry. as long as the post office doesn't screw it up somehow, plenty more copies will be available this spring.

it was in an LKQ in northern indiana
  5. the last image is the thundercougerfalconbird from Futurama. the previous are of a weird thing someone built.
  6. I'm sure it still had some flex, but it looks old enough I could snap it in half.
  7. is the cable rotated to the correct position for the tooth count of the plastic gear?
  8. debated which thread to add this to
  9. there are 2 steel pipes coming out of the pump assembly on the side of the tank. one is pressure out, the other is the return. the return goes all the way to almost the bottom where the rubber stopper is.
  10. went to see my nephew at the grade school talent show last night and figured it was a good opportunity to try out the active noise cancellation feature and wow what a difference! what was previous thought of as no more than a neat "party trick" is now required to be on hand for the rest of my life. it dimmed all the commotion and chaos around me and actually made it easier to hear the kids on stage. I have a flight to michigan on monday and can't wait to try it out again in a loud public setting.
  11. 1984-1996 Cherokee dashes are all pretty much the same. 97+ are way different but can be adapted if you're looking for a big project. grand cherokees are a very different animal. practically nothing directly interchanges.
  12. very true. mine came from a southern junkyard and a reasonably clean truck, but had been sitting for so long with leaves in the bed that one leg rotted off. bars have been discovered by searching FB marketplace for "truck rollbar" and knowing what you're looking for. memorize the shape and the angle of the rear bars and the fact that the tippy top has a slight kink in it.
  13. all boils down to personal opinion there. I happen to like the TJ rubicons and have them on my CRD and my MJ trailer.
  14. patience, persistence, speed, and a willingness to travel are what you need. plus a bit of luck doesn't hurt. they are a rare, desirable and giant item, but they do show up now and again. you will need a shortbed version. longbeds have different angles on the rear bars.
  15. arrived today. has a waxy residue on it so I'm definitely not going through the effort to paint it in the wintertime. has the slosh pan inside, but not the little bracket that holds the bottom of the pump assembly. close enough
  16. #27 in the image? the one that goes with the automatic?
  17. depends on the circumstances. mine had a stiff pedal with engine off and it went straight to the floor when on. was a bad booster.
  18. weird. I thought they were all the same 86-90.

    Snow!

I've never seen Atlanta be on the northern edge of a snowstorm. we're usually on the southern edge. what a weird front that was.
  20. score!!!!
  21. do the rears share a common ground that has become sketchy?
