have you tested the sensors? even if new they can be off. could also be a vacuum leak so be sure to check for that.

it'll be... challenging to put headrest directly onto a non-headrest bench. the foam appears to have been injected right onto the frame and so doesn't really come off. not impossible mind you, but ya gotta make sure the foam doesn't ignite. could have been anything. but I'd bet on someone's head. I've known people who have popped that window with their cranium. oh look, I found another, this time with both windows smashed
