did you plug the temp sensor back in?

coils have ratings. for example (assuming I'm remembering the numbers right), the brand I got for the 88 had 2 choices, 150 and 180. You would want the 150s. :D

have you pulled the resistor pack out yet?

the truck pays no mind to the oxygen sensor (and possibly the MAP but I can't remember for sure) until warm-up. it always stays in contact with the idle controller and throttle position sensor. :thumbsup:

if you're talking about using the floor brackets, your bench has the same brackets. the bench just has one track per side instead of 2.

do you need it? does the pedal have full travel? (just 1/2" off) or does it plow into the floor before giving full brake pressure?

we had a member a while back who had a lean to the drivers side went to the extent of swapping all 4 springs right to left. the truck still had a lean to the drivers side. :shake: :dunno:

can't say for sure, but wrangler leafs are fairly flat. maybe not as flat as an XJ, but certain have less arch than an MJ. As I found out with my experimenting, that third leaf is crucial for holding up an MJ. pulling it makes the leafpack flatten out quite a bit. :( I still say the original poster just needs to find a better junkyard. that one is a ripoff. http://www.jmw4x4.com/inventory/retail.htm seems to have a few sets.

the Jeep 2.8 is externally balanced. The Camaro 3.4L is internally balanced. does anyone know for sure which the 2.8 camaro is?

the WJ booster is capable of much more pressure than the old single booster, but that doesn't mean you'll be using that extra pressure all the time. your brake pads won't notice any difference day to day. but when you do need that extra oomph to yank on the reins, whoa momma, it's there. :D but I would exhaust all other possibilities first. likely won't make a lick of difference if something else is broken.

I think for some years the lights below the headlights were just turn indicators.

:doh: d'oh! my bad. you are correct. had to run out to the truck to pear underneath the dash. I was thinking of the gas pedal pivot. the brake pivot is above the booster rod.

3rd member is in! gotta let the silicone cure. tomorrow I should be able to button it all back up, throw in some gear oil and see if I need to start all over.
