  1. we've all had that problem (along with the polls and a few other random things) since the last software update. :(
  2. on my dad's HP laptop, he gets the same effect if he clicks both "mouse" buttons at once.
  3. strokers has phpbb. naxja is vb. I've clicked the "sign in automatically" box so I've not experienced the exact thing you're talking about, but as admin, a similar thing occurs when I sign in to the administrative pages. kinda annoying and it's been that way ever since that last infamous update of the software, so I was curious if it happened to you guys to at the same time.
  4. so you're not clicking on anything, you're waiting for the forum to take you back automatically? are those other forums phpbb based?

    KJ opinions

we have an '06 crd in the family. the seats and window switch locations suck. everything else is A-ok.
  6. what exactly are you guys clicking on that sends you back to the main page? I mean, specifically which button?
  7. when did it start happening?
  8. sounds like your resistor pack died. If I'm remembering right, it is located right in front of the passengers left shin and should be accessed with an 8mm wrench.
  9. have you replaced the 160 yet?
  10. and as I said on jf, it's already an upgrade. on par with the 44 and 8.8s. nothing more to do but bask in the ownership of a rare MJ gem. :D
  11. I hate to be a potential wet blanket, but I gotta mention that it's illegal to drive on the street with a home-brew suspension here in michigan. not sure about other states. I wouldn't worry about the being pulled over by the cops too much, but in the event of a failure you could be liable for all damage (i.e. your insurance company might not cover anything).
  12. "should" be 4.10 since that's all that was officially offered with the 86 metric ton package.
  13. be sure the leak isn't coming from the rear of the valve cover or some other location. You don't have to pull the trans to change the seal in a 4.0, but it's still a huge pain in the butt and there are other leak locations that can look like a rms has blown.
  14. any luck?
  15. only an inch? that's not so bad.
  16. width is still different. If I remember right, the Isuzu axle is narrower.
  17. yup, but no disks. :(
  18. Var-mint! Var-mint! Var-mint! Var-mint! :jump: :jump: :jump: :jump:
  19. it matches up well with the grand waggy front axle. assuming you've got the money or skills to do a gear change and then weld up the right bracketry.
  20. our latest software update didn't go quite as smoothly as it should and the polls are one of the things that stopped functioning properly. :( hoping the next update will clear some stuff up. TJ dana 30 gears will not work in MJ/XJ/YJ axles (low pinion vs high pinion). plus used gears are generally seen as a poor choice since trying to match up the old gear pattern is tough (meaning it could be pretty noisy). unless you meant swapping in the entire axle, which will work.
  21. gears, gears, and more gears.
  22. one filament should be the parking lights. assuming it's the correct bulb, check the condition of the socket and then the connector in the harness. the connector is located behind the drivers side rear tire. corrosion in there can cause some weird problems. also, check for any evidence that someone spliced in a trailer harness.

    An even dozen

I'd settle for a shot of the new one. :dunno:
  24. Agree. Would assume the emblem and the front license plate holder are removed on the speed runs? Prolly just an old pic. that photo is actually a chop. early on they needed a photo to send in to the bonneville guys and so they chopped the truck onto the salt flats.
  25. I can do that anytime I want with a scroll ball click on the mouse. :dunno:
