thoughts ? http://sunshine.en.craigslist.ca/cto/3514537125.html been texting back and forth with this guy last few days and talked to him today. the car sounds like it's pretty solid. no rust, new tires, lift ( aal, lca's) , winch works well, usb deck, auto-start. wife wants an xj and i like to get up in the mountains. they always cross-ditch the logging roads around here when they finish with them so a lift opens up so much more area for recreation.

i'd like to know if anybody would like to get a list together (or knows of one) of different types of hood vents that would work well on an mj or an xj. i know of the lebaron ones, but i've heard of people using others. anything we should be on the look-out for?

ya that is an awesome little truck. id like to see some more pics. it's an excellent example. it looks like it has all the best options. i'm not a fan of those mirrors but for some reason i think they often came with a package that included the excellent and valuable dana 44 rear end.

neither one was anything to get excited about. ive bought way better mj's for a lot less. at the same time it would have been nice to keep that one out of the scrap pile. i wouldnt feel too much like you lost-out though. I'm struggling about one here for $200. 4x4, factory roll bar, shortbox.

yes, ive been using my asus eee as the main computer for 3 yrs now. processor of a cell phone but a real work horse,lol. had the RAM doubled to 2g and i got the last one to still come with XP.. its been a great lil machine but i think its finally time to upgrade to a real laptop. ive been using it like one all this time anyway. it used to come in handy when heading into town for the day because the 10 hr battery means not having to pack cords along.

i feel that i should add that here in b.c, my union does a different kind of drug testing that i feel is a lot more sensible. for certain mine jobs they still want a test done, but they do a swab of saliva test that actually tests for impairment. it still doesn't make much sense when done days before even starting the job, but at least it doesn't concern itself with whether or not you had a toke 3 weeks ago on your day off.
